Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and talent management on employee work effectiveness at PT. Pos Indonesia Tangerang Branch. The research method used is a survey by distributing questionnaires online to 71 respondents selected using nonprobability sampling techniques and the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that training and talent management partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The determination coefficient of 82.7% indicates that work effectiveness is influenced by training and talent management, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The conclusion is that training and talent management are important factors in increasing employee work effectiveness.
