Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada PT. Inoac Polytechno Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee productivity partially and simultaneously. This study was conducted on employees of PT. Inoac Polytechno Indonesia. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. A sample of 127 respondents was obtained using the slovin technique. Data were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using two analysis methods, namely quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by the t-count value > t-table (3.363 > 1.979) and a significance value < from the alpha value (0.02 < 0.05), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by the t-count > t-table (2.343 > 1.979) and a significance value < from the alpha value (0.02 < 0.05), job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by the alpha value of 5% (0.00 < 0.1), and fcount > ftable (17.589 > 3.069). The conclusion is that job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive effect on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously.
