This study aims to analyze the influence of AI-Native Collaboration and Digital Nomad Policies on Innovative Work Outcomes and examine the role of Work-Life Boundary Management and Digital Wellbeing Capital as moderating variables at PT Saribunga Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire involving 28 employees as respondents using a total sampling technique (census). Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS through evaluation of the outer model and inner model, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping of 5,000 subsamples. The results showed that AI-Native Collaboration had a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Outcomes with a path coefficient of 0.514 and a p-value of 0.024. Meanwhile, Digital Nomad Policies, Work-Life Boundary Management, and Digital Wellbeing Capital did not show a significant direct effect on Innovative Work Outcomes. The results of the moderation test also showed that Work-Life Boundary Management and Digital Wellbeing Capital did not moderate the effect of AI-Native Collaboration or Digital Nomad Policies on Innovative Work Outcomes. The research model had high explanatory power with an R² value of 0.881. The study's conclusions indicate that AI-Native Collaboration is the primary factor contributing to increased Innovative Work Outcomes in the studied organizational context, while work policy flexibility and work-life boundary management factors, as well as digital wellbeing, did not yet play a significant role in the research model.
