This research also aims to determine the influence of the variables studied, namely product quality, service quality and location on purchasing decisions. The research design uses a causal quantitative method using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This questionnaire was distributed to 105 respondents to obtain more accurate data analysis results. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through testing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as does service quality and location. The conclusion is that retail performance, especially Gramedia Mall Central Park, can be assessed from the development of sales turnover. Additionally, product quality, service quality, and location play an important role in shaping customer purchasing decisions. The research methods used include online surveys and in-depth interviews with a representative sample of Gen Z in Indonesia. The research results show that most Gen Z tend to choose sustainable investments that align with their values, although varying levels of financial literacy influence their understanding of investment products. Additionally, Gen Z individuals' risk tolerance is influenced by their personal experiences, level of education, and social environmental influences. In conclusion, this research provides a holistic picture of the complex interactions between sustainable investment practices, financial literacy, and risk tolerance in the context of Gen Z in Indonesia. The sampling method was carried out using a saturated sample method for students from the Faculty of Economics and Business in the DLC Class of 2020. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant influence on work-life balance, while work stress did not have a significant influence on work-life balance. . Apart from that, time management has also been proven to have a positive and significant influence on work-life balance. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The data collection technique used by researchers in this research is using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from data preparation, data tabulation to the testing stage. Based on the results of research calculations, multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) value can be obtained from the variables product quality (X1), brand image (X2) and electronic word of mouth (X3) which influence 77.2% (0.772) of the product decision (Y), the remaining 22.8 % influenced by other factors outside this research. Data collection was carried out through interviews with respondents aged 17-40 years and who had experience using and purchasing Tupperware products. Participation in this research involved 90 respondents using cross-sectional data collection techniques or one shot study. Data analysis used a quantitative descriptive approach, normality test, multiple linear regression, and Sobel test with the help of statistical software program of social science (SPSS) version 26. Of the ten hypotheses proposed, eight of them were strengthened by empirical findings. These results indicate that customer satisfaction can act as a link between the impact of brand image dimensions (brand strength, brand uniqueness, and brand liking) and customer loyalty. The population in this study was 141 customers. The number of samples in this research was 68 customers who used freight forwarding services. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that relationship marketing has a significant effect on switching costs, service quality has a significant effect on switching costs, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant effect on customers loyalty, switching costs have a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The instruments used have been tested for reliability and validity. This instrument was used to collect data from 120 female respondents who were of productive age and had shopped on the Tokopedia application. Convenience sampling and cross-sectional time horizon are the two types of data collection used. The data processing method uses descriptive tests and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 and the Sobel test. The research results reveal that both sales promotions and electronic service quality positively affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction positively impacts customer loyalty. The data collection technique in this research used an electronic Google Form questionnaire from 135 respondents who had shopped at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto Medan. This research uses Smart Partial Least Squares Analysis (SmartPLS). The research results show that price, consumer service, trade products and architecture have a significant effect on store image. Apart from that, this research also shows that store image has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest through perceived value and brand awareness. Data collection was conducted by nonprobability snowball sampling technique on male and female respondents aged 18-24 years domiciled in Medan. This research used the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with a total of 215 respondents. The data that has been collected is processed using the SmartPLS application, ensuring accurate statistical analysis. The research results show that all the variables studied have a significant influence on the online shopping behavior of TikTok users during the pandemic in Jakarta. Of all the factors observed, online reviews emerged as the most influential variable and played an important role in shaping users' purchasing decisions. In contrast, the variable that has the least influence is security, indicating that although important, security factors have a more limited impact in influencing TikTok users' online shopping decisions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with surveys and Likert questionnaires. The research instrument has gone through the validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, multiple regression and Sobel test stages. Data was collected from 120 respondents aged at least 17 years who had consumed Teh Botol Sosro at least twice a month. The analysis results show that price and taste positively influence customer satisfaction, while taste and customer satisfaction have a positive influence on loyalty. However, customer satisfaction does not act as a mediator between price, taste and customer loyalty. Adopting the 7P Marketing Strategy concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) with the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) approach by Philip Kotler and Keller (2016), this research also applies SWOT analysis to choose a marketing strategy right. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive and associative approach with data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The population in this study is Generation Z residents who live in West Java, amounting to 11,886,058 million. The sample was determined using a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 from 16 cities. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously, lifestyle, financial literacy and financial inclusion have a positive influence on the financial behavior of generation Z. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), including outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that creativity has a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial desire. In addition, it was found that the desire for entrepreneurship acts as a mediator between creativity and interest in entrepreneurship among Bandung City students. Evaluation of financial performance using profitability ratio analysis is the main method for assessing financial management efficiency. Risks are identified as potential losses or harm that can be predicted in advance with relevant data. Differences in ownership structure impact the policies taken, while company size results in different business risks. This research adopted a quantitative approach with a sample of 28 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that bank risk has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, while ownership structure has a negative but not significant effect. On the other hand, bank size has a positive and significant influence on financial performance. Overall, bank risk, ownership structure and bank size simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on financial performance. The analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple regression analysis, it shows that work stress has a significant negative influence on employee performance. The higher the work stress, the lower the employee's performance. Workload has a significant negative influence on employee performance. The higher the workload, the lower the employee's performance. The results of the f test show that the work stress and workload variables simultaneously influence employee performance. The t test results show that the test results are in accordance with the proposed hypothesis and can be accepted. Data analysis includes construct validity, reliability, and bootstrapping analysis to test statistical significance. This research was conducted with validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. This research uses a positivistic paradigm approach, with a quantitative type of research. This research involved 100 respondents taken through purposive sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The research results show that digital marketing partially influences interest in using the OLIN application, this is shown by tcount of 9,040 &gt; ttable 1,985, with a significance level of 0.000 &lt; α 0.05. Likewise, brand image partially influences interest in using the OLIN application as shown by tcount of 3.783 &gt; ttable 1.985 with a significance level of 0.000 &lt; α 0.05. Simultaneously, digital marketing through social media Instagram and brand image influence interest in using the OLIN application, as shown by the f count of 274,929 &gt; f table 3,089 and a significance level of 0.000 &lt; α 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.850, which indicates that interest in using the OLIN application is influenced by digital marketing via social media Instagram and brand image by 85%, and the remaining 15% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The contribution from digital marketing is 61.15% and the brand image contribution is 23.91%.
