Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk 's net profit during that period. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample involved 32 quarterly reports of PT. Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk &nbsp;from 2015 to 2022. The research results showed that sales had a unidirectional or positive relationship and partially had a significant effect on net profit. On the other hand, operational costs have a unidirectional or negative relationship and partially have a significant effect on net profit. The research method uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to evaluate the current level of customer satisfaction. The research results show a CSI value of 78.75%, indicating that Veroza Cake &amp; Bakery MSE consumers are generally satisfied with the services provided. The IPA analysis identified three attributes as top priorities (quadrant I), seven attributes whose achievements need to be maintained (quadrant II), two attributes with low priority (quadrant III), and three attributes that are classified as excessive (quadrant IV). In conclusion, there is a need to improve services, especially on attributes that have a low level of satisfaction but have a high level of importance, especially in the promotion dimension. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. The research subject used in this research is a scientific target to obtain data with a certain purpose and use about an objective, valid and reliable thing (certain variables). The object of this research is DPMPTSP employees of Central Java Province. Based on the results of research calculations, multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) value can be obtained from the variables Job Loyalty (X1), Self-Efficacy (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) which influence 91.5% (0.915) on Job Engagement (Y), the remaining 8.5% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The location factor, as a key element in the property business, is a major consideration, but cannot be changed at this stage of the project. Therefore, this research focuses on evaluating factors that can be improved to influence purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires filled out by 112 respondents, namely potential buyers who are in the affective stage of purchasing decisions, showing interest and taking actions such as location surveys and consultations via WhatsApp. The collected data was processed using the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that product, price and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase a house at BTP Residence Bekasi. Although location factors cannot be modified, an emphasis on them provides an idea of factors that can be improved to increase buyer attraction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which describes and explains the conditions, phenomena or research variables studied. Truck Round Time analysis at the export container terminal shows that there are several obstacles in the process of receiving containers at the stacking yard. The time of receiving activities can be seen from the length of Truck Round Time, where only 33% of that time reaches the ideal standard, while 67% is still below the ideal standard. This research method used purposive sampling and involved 357 aircraft cabin crew from airlines in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that family supportive supervisor behaviors have a negative influence on work-family conflict. Furthermore, work-family conflict also has a negative influence on employee work-life balance and work engagement. However, work life balance and work engagement positively influence employee job satisfaction. The managerial implication of this research is that the implementation of family supportive supervisor behaviors in companies can help reduce the level of work-family conflict, so that employee performance and productivity can increase. Thus, companies can obtain long-term benefits through attention to these aspects. Conclusion, this research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between family supportive supervisor behaviors, work-family conflict, and employee work welfare factors. Sales data for the drug Ambroxol from January to December 2022 were analyzed using a simple regression analysis method. The research results showed a normal distribution in the sales data for the drug Ambroxol. The research model produces a coefficient of determination of 48.9%, indicating that price contributes 48.9% in explaining variations in the quantity of the drug Ambroxol. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant influence between the price of the drug Ambroxol and the quantity sold. The conclusion is that price is an important factor influencing the demand for Ambroxol on the market. These findings provide crucial information for PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and Riau Islands UP3 Tanjungpinang. This research uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection instrument with a quantitative research approach. The research population is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and UP3 Riau Tanjungpinang Islands, and the entire population was sampled, with a total of 199 workers, using a saturated sampling approach. Descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing were carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with Smartpls 3. The results showed that workload had an influence but was not significant on employee performance, while motivation had a significant influence on employee performance. . This research was conducted using quantitative methods, with a population consisting of 257 State Civil Service Employees (ASN), and a sample of 157 respondents. The data analysis technique used was an inner model with the bootstrapping method. The research results show that work motivation and work perception have a positive influence on career choice. Apart from that, work motivation and work perception also have a positive effect on interest. Furthermore, interests have a direct and indirect influence on career choice. The conclusion is that work motivation and perception play an important role in choosing a career in the functional position of managing goods and services. Interest also mediates the relationship between work motivation and work perception and career choice. This research uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with a population of respondents who are Instagram followers of gopowerkids.id. A total of 85 respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through the use of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant influence on increasing brand awareness, brand image and purchase intention. Apart from that, it was found that brand awareness also has a significant influence on purchase intention, as well as brand image. This type of research is quantitative research which is analyzed using statistics. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Economics, Gorontalo State University who made online purchases at the TikTok shop. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method with 97 respondents by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find cause-and-effect relationships between the variables studied. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to garment company employees using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves measurement tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, workload and burnout do not have a significant influence on employee performance. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of leadership in improving employee performance in garment companies. This shows that financial compensation has a significant impact on the tendency to leave work, while workload does not have a significant impact. MAP Aktif Adiperkasa Tbk https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JOMB/article/view/6894 <p><em>This research aims to analyze the influence of the chat &amp; buy strategy, accuracy of goods and prices on increasing sales at Sports Station Medan Mall Floor 3. The research method used is a quantitative approach using 100 customer samples selected through the cluster sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the chat &amp; buy strategy variables, item accuracy, and price positively and significantly influence sales increases, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.485, which means that 48.5% of the variation in sales increases can be explained by the three variables. the. The t test shows that the chat &amp; buy strategy, item accuracy, and price significantly influence the increase in sales, with sig values of 0.007, 0.002, and 0.000 respectively, and Tcount values of 2.766, 3.136 and 7.496 respectively. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 48 CV contract employees. The analytical tool used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Sun Star Prima Motor Tajur Bogor. This research uses path analysis data analysis techniques. Data testing used the SPSS version 22 program. The research results showed that employee responses to performance and competence were in the very good category, as well as employee responses to workload and work discipline were in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing prove that competence and workload directly have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Competence does not directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload and work discipline directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
