Analisis Store Image dan Service Quality dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen

The research was aimed at determining the influence of store image and service quality in increasing customer satisfaction. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative with quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling by means of simple random sampling approach. The amount of samples deployed were amount to 186 respondents. The technique of analyzing data applied was multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 24 application.The results of the research show that the influence of store image was positive and significant towards customer satisfaction which is amounted to 0.743; thus, the influence of service quality is also positive and significant towards customer satisfaction which is amounted to 0.787. Subsequently, the result conveys that the influence of store image and service quality is aggregated to 65.6% and the epsilon or namely the remaining independent influence caused by other variables not explained in the research is aggregated to 34.4%. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant effect between store image and service quality on consumer satisfaction

Analisis Keterlibatan Fashion dan Gaya Hidup Berbelanja terhadap Pembelian Impulsif pada Distro Platt Mars Cabang Kota Sukabumi

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fashion and lifestyle involvement on impulsive purchases of distro platt mars. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients, and testing the hypothesis using the test simultaneously (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.325 can be interpreted that the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases is 32.5%. The remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.582 shows that there is a strong relationship between fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle with impulsive purchases. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0.05. Conclusions, together with Fashion Involvement (X1) and Shopping Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence Impulsive Purchase (Y).

Kekuatan Servicescape dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada CV. Maju Ungu Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sampel probability sampling yang termasuk ke dalam simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R2 adalah sebesar 0,625. Adapun uji koefisien korelasi ganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai R adalah sebesar 0,795. Berdasarkan uji simultan, nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 83,438 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, pengaruh servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 6,25%, sedangkan sisanya 37,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Selanjutnya terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan (bersama-sama) kualitas makanan dan perceived value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Pengaruh Motivasi Spiritual dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. DendymarkerIndahlestari. This study uses a quantitative approach that uses questionnaires in data collection techniques. To do the hypothesis test used simple regression techniques, simple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. All the analysis process, in its calculation is assisted with the application of SPSS 20.0. The results of the study, simultaneously the variables of spiritual motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance showed value, Fcount obtained was 39.565>Ftable = 3.30 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 37 - 2 - 1 = 34 is equal to 3.28 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. the meaning shows that together (simultaneously) the independent variables, namely spiritual motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, so that the truth is proven and the hypothesis is acceptable. Conclusion, there is an influence of spiritual motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to measure the strength of social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie SP Sukabumi restaurant. The method used in this research is associative descriptive and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the total effect simultaneously is only 4.5% while the remaining 95.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion, social media does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while word of mouth has an influence on purchasing decisions partially.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and distribution channels on customer satisfaction on the CV. Sinar Laut Baru Lubuklinggau. This study uses multiple regression, to find out how far the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study, the results of the t test calculation can be concluded that the Promotion (X1) has an effect on customer satisfaction (Y), showing the value of t = 4.503 is greater than the value of the table (2.036). The results of t test calculations that the distribution channel (X2) affect the Customer Satisfaction (Y), show the value of t = 4.312 is greater than the value of the table (2.036). 3). The recapitulation of the Fcount test results obtained was 14.255> Ftable = 3.29. Conclusions, jointly (simultaneously) promotion and Distribution Channels have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap turnover intention ( niat berpindah) karyawan pada perusahaan industri rambut palsu (wig). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 17,350 (>ftabel = 2,36) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (niat berpindah).

The purpose of this study is to implement preventive maintenance activities to run in the company, to reduce the number of product failures that often occur in the prosperous food company in the Tauco city of Sukabumi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using the fishbone method or often referred to as a causal diagram by conducting unstructured interviews with employees who work in companies, especially in the production department. The results of the analysis conducted by the author using the Fishbone method to describe any abnormalities that occur in the company, especially in the engine for production by entering the dimensions of Preventive maintenance into the fishbone column and found several errors that were made in these dimensions in the field. The method used in this research is qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods used are data reduction and data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of this study are wig products in accordance with established standards because PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi Maintain good quality of the products used by sending samples of raw materials before processing. Conclusions, Product Quality at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi is very important to help increase the value of the company by paying attention to the quality of products marketed so that consumers are satisfied with the results of products made from wigs that have been produced at PT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hero Supermaket Tbk periode 2013-2017 dengan menggunakan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data keuangan perusahaan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai tambah pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2017, dan tidak adanya nilai tambah pada tahun 2013-2016 dengan menggunakan metode EVA. Kemudian pada metode MVA, PT. Hero Supermarket menunjukkan adanya nilai tambah. Simpulan, angka EVA PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tidak mampu menciptakan nilai tambah karena nilai EVA yang dihasilkan adalah negatif. Pada tahun 2017 terdapat nilai tambah. Nilai Market Value Added (MVA) pada tahun 2013-2017 bernilai positif yang menujukkan bahwa perusahaan telah berhasil menciptakan kekayaan pada pemegang saham walaupun dari tahun ke tahun megalami penurunan karena harga saham yang menurun.

The purpose of this study is to control the supply of raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in Tahu Nugraha Jaya Sukabumi UKM. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive to describe and describe the data to be examined and then processed using EOQ. This study uses the EOQ method to determine the total inventory cost. The data needed in this study are the number of purchases of raw materials, the amount of use of raw materials, storage costs, and ordering costs. The results of this study indicate that by applying the EOQ method can further optimize the supply of raw materials by minimizing raw materials with increased inventory. With the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method it shows more efficient than conventional methods of the company. Conclusions, seen from the difference in the TIC of the two methods, the more efficient method is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method that is equal to 244,392.94 while the calculation used by the company is 374,325. so that it can be obtained that there is a difference between the Company TIC and the EIC method TIC.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward (variable X1) and Punishment (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). This research method is using descriptive method and associative method. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in this study were through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique starts from data compilation, data tabulation to the testing phase. The results showed that the calculation of data categorization found that the reward value of 322 was between the low and medium criteria. Meanwhile, the value of punishment of 848 is between the medium and high criteria. In conclusion, the reward given is still low, the punishment experienced by employees is not getting higher. The performance of employees at this company has been fairly good.

Penerapan Metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dalam Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku

The purpose of this study was to analyze raw material inventory control with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method on CV. BJT with 47 Embroidery Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative to describe and describe the data. The data is processed using the EOQ method using the EOQ method to determine the total cost of inventory. The results show that there is a large difference if using the EOQ method, the savings are more efficient. The conclusion is that by applying the EOQ method, we can optimize raw material inventory by minimizing raw materials with increased inventory.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur peran job insecurity dan job satisfaction terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT. Doosan Jaya 3 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan menyebarkan 100 kuesioner kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Doosan Jaya 3 di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji simultan job insecurity dan job satisfaction memperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 251,457 (>Ftabel = 2,36). Simpulan, job insecurity dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

The purpose of this study is to study the quality of service using the PLN Mobile Application in increasing customer satisfaction with quantitative methods at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Cikembar, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing using partial testing (t test). The results of the study, obtained an R number of 0.232 in the category 0.00 - 0.199, which means a low relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Conclusions, each Service Quality (X) variable in this study can represent each variable and can be used by future researchers.

Pengaruh Locus of Control dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and job stress in increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. FIFGROUP Sukabumi branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data analysis method used is descriptive and associative analysis. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results showed that the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.406 means that Locus of Control and Job Stress on employee job satisfaction is 40.6%. The remaining 59.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The test value of the multiple correlation coefficient is seen from the R value of 0.653, which means that there is a moderate relationship between locus of control and job stress and employee job satisfaction. In conclusion, Locus of control and job stress affect employee job satisfaction. In the sense that the better the locus of control that occurs within the company, the job satisfaction of the employees in the company will be good or high and the better the work stress of the employees will also be better in completing their duties.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of collateral and perceived quality on consumer satisfaction at AHASS 0501. Workshop This research method uses the type of sampling included in the random sampling sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for testing the hypothesis is a simultaneous test (f test). Based on the coefficient of determination test of 0.868 can be interpreted that the effect of service assurance and perceived quality on customer satisfaction is 75.3%. The remaining 24.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the f test, a probability value of sig is obtained. 0,000 <0.05 and the F test calculation shows that the F count is greater than the F table which is 129,777> 2.37. Conclusions, Service Guarantee (X1) and Perceived Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y).

This study aims to determine the method of earnings (profitability) and leverage (solvency) in measuring the level of company health at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that it is known that there is one company that is in a healthy condition and one company in an unhealthy condition. Conclusion, companies that are in a healthy condition can better maintain the company's existing system of activities, and for companies that are not healthy, the company must quickly handle or immediately take an action regarding the system of company activities so that the company can be good and be in company condition healthy.

This study aims to determine the effect of the strength of service quality dimensions on customer loyalty at the Sukabumi Life Vision Agency Insurance Service (PT. Prudential Life Assurance), and to see how much influence the strength of service quality has on customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. This research method is an associative descriptive method with path analysis as a data analysis technique. The results showed that the quality of service through the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy on customer loyalty had a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty at the Life Vision Agency Sukabumi Insurance Service (PT. Prudential Life Assurance), this was indicated by the total direct and indirect effect. indirect amounted to 6.601293138%. Service quality through the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy has a partial effect on customer loyalty at the Sukabumi Life Vision Agency
Insurance Service (PT. Prudential Life Assurance) namely Tangible by 5.060%, Reliability by 8.684%, Responsiveness by 11.317%, Assurance of 11.927% and Empathy of 8.596% of the five dimensions show that the most dominant influence on Customer Loyalty at Life Vision Agency Sukabumi are Reliability/ Reliability, Responsiveness/ Responsiveness, and Assurance/ Guarantee. In conclusion, the more reliable the Agent and responsive in providing services and security in the transaction and administrative processes, the more Customer Loyalty to Life Vision Agency Sukabumi will increase.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Tour & Travel companies. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The type of sampling used is random sampling by distributing 79 questionnaires to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.151 can be interpreted that the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction is 17.2% with 82.8% influenced by other factors not described in this study. Based on the F test the probability value of sig. 0.001 < 0.1, which means that together the value of Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) significantly affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y). In conclusion, the variable service quality (service quality) and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on consumer satisfaction.

This study aimed to analyze the trends of celebrity and consumer support for the intention to buy consumers on Honda products at PT. Happy Lestari Mandiri City Sukabumi. The method used was simple random sampling by distributing 188 questionnaires to consumers. The data analysis technique used is the analysis path. In this method, simultaneous and partial methods are used. As a step in testing the partial influence are as follows coefficient testing, coefficient testing, coefficient determination, calculating the influence of other variables and simple linear regression. While the calculation of influence simultaneously the steps are as follows double counting, determination coefficient, other influence variables and multiple linear regression, after that calculate directly and indirectly and finally use the test simultaneously (F test) and test using partial (T test) .

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of product completeness and visual merchandising on consumer purchasing decisions at PO Restu Mekar, Sukabumi Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This type of sampling is included in the random sampling sample by distributing questionnaires to 90 consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.940 means that the effect of product completeness and visual merchandising on purchasing decisions is 88% and 12% is influenced by other factors not explained in the study. Based on the F test the probability value of sig 0.00 < 0.01. In conclusion, together the value of product completeness and Visual merchandising have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence the Locus of Control and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Adiprima, Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulatory test (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) Locus of Control and Work Stress affect the remaining 40.6% 59.4% influenced by other factors outside the study. Conclusions, Locus of Control and Job Stress significantly influence Employee Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer retention and switching costs simultaneously on the loyalty of Indihome customers at Witel Sukabumi. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple correlation, coefficient of determination (R2), multiple linear regression analysis technique and F. The results showed, Adjusted R Square was 0.465 (46.5%). This means that the variation of customer loyalty can be explained by the second independent variable, namely customer retention and switching costs, while the remaining 53.5% (100%-46.5% = 53.5%) is another factor outside the study. In conclusion, customer retention and switching costs have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work life balance (balance between life inside work and outside work) and non-physical work environment on employee performance in clothing industry companies. This research method is using descriptive and associative methods. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, including coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and hypothesis submission using simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that the coefficient of determination test (R2) Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment affected 34.9%, the remaining 65.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.591%. This indicates that there is a strong relationship between Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance. Based on the F test, the probability value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 which means that together the Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment. In conclusion, the variables of Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Beautiful Global Clothing Sukabumi Regency.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the allocation and calculation of the cost of production of cassava chips. This research method is a full costing method. The results show that the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method does not include general and administrative costs in overhead costs, because these costs are a cost component in the company's income statement. The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital in the company under study, find out the company's profits in the research site, make a company development strategy. This research was conducted at the Roti Tiga Berlian company in the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with working capital, profit and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are that the capital system is put to good use, working capital management has gained profits, recommendations for company development, namely: 1) increasing the understanding of bread variants; 2) opening factories in strategic areas; 3) build special otlets for three-diamond bread products. Conclusion, the condition of the Lubuklinggau City Tiga Berlian Bread Company in managing working capital owned to obtain profit is in a healthy condition, so that for 5 (five) years it is known that it is able to use the working capital owned to obtain profit

Analysis of Factors that Influence Mandatory Annual Report Disclosures at The IDX Mining Company

This research aims to examine the influence of company size, company age, ownership structure and profitability on mandatory disclosures of mining company annual reports. The population in this research were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, which were 41 companies. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method and 14 selected companies were selected. The data used in this research was secondary data by collecting company annual reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, www.idx.co.id. While the analytical method used are classical assumption and hypothesis testing and regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable company size, company age, and profitability had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports, while the ownership structure had not influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. All of independent variable in this research had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports.

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk by analyzing financial statements using financial ratios. The research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed the performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk based on liquidity ratios from 2015 to 2018 was not good, where the company's Current Ratio (CR) in 2015 to 2018 was less than 100%. The solvency ratio of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 to 2018 is good, where the company's Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) in 2015 to 2018 is no more than 100%. The profitability ratio of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 to 2018 is good, where the results of the calculation of profitability ratios are greater than the one-year time deposit interest rate. The ratio of activities of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 to 2018 is not good, where the Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) is less than 1, which means the company is less productive.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the Accountability of OKU Regency Government Institution Performance. The method used in this study is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is a statistical test partially (t test) and simultaneous (F test). T test results show that there is a significant influence of internal control and motivation on the Performance Accountability of OKU Regency Government Agencies with a t table value of 2.00758. F test results show a sig value of 0,000 <0.05 or obtain an F value of 15.517> F table 2.40 which means that together the budget target clarity (X1), accounting control (X2), reporting system (X3), internal control (X4), and motivation (X5) have a significant effect on performance accountability. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.564. Conclusions, the contribution of the clarity of budget targets, accounting controls, reporting systems, internal controls, and motivation to performance accountability was 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. Conclusion, consumer confidence in an online fashion store will certainly affect the buying interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the Employee Performance of the Musi Rawas Cooperative Office for Small and Medium Enterprises. A sample of 44 employees was selected by the Saturated Sampling Method. The results showed that the calculated Fcount (18,566) was greater than the Ftable 2,810. Conclusion, work motivation and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises in Musi Rawas Regency.

This study emphasizes the analysis of work stress and workload on employee performance. The research method used is the saturated sample method using multiple analysis techniques. Work Strees Research Results research value t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-6,829 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), this indicates a significant negative relationship between Work Strees (X1) on employee work results. Based on the t_hit test for workload variables (X_2), namely t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-2,461 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0.021 <0.050), this shows that there are significant negative differences between workloads and professional performance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer Bengkulu City. Conclusion, the most dominant variable influencing employee performance (Y) is work stress (X1).

The purpose of this study is to analyze brand image and brand trust towards customer loyalty in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how the brand image of PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how the brand believes in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada Kota Sukabumi, knowing how customer loyalty to PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how much influence the brand image and brand trust have on customer loyalty in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City. The method used in this study is to use random sampling by distributing 66 questionnaires to PD customers. Ikram nusa persada. The results of the study show that the results of data analysis obtained in the brand image F test (X1) and brand confidence (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) show that the calculated Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value. Conclusions, the influence of brand image and customer loyalty on customer loyalty can positively and significantly affect customer loyalty PD dolphin stamp wax products. Ikram Nusa Persada.

This study aims to learn about Leadership and Supervision of Employee Performance at the Tugumulyo District Office in Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The results of the study using multiple regression results the coefficient of determination (R2) of 47.7% means, leadership and supervision have an effect of 47.7%, while 52.3% is needed by other variables. Fcount = 12,300> F table = 3.32. Value, the Fcount value is greater than the Fable value. Conclusion, there is a significant leadership between Leadership and Supervision of Employee Performance in the Tugumulyo District Office in the Musi Rawas Office.

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective and efficient the application of the Balanced Scorecard method to company performance at PTPN. The method used in this research is to use the Balanced Scorecard method. Type of quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this research is through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of calculations using the customer retention formula with a percentage of the company's ability to retain old customers can be said to be less good. Conclusions, the application of the balanced scorecard method at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, Sukamaju plantation, is more comprehensive and measurable, so it is good and needs to implement company performance measurement using the balanced scorecard method. Because to make it easier for management to control and evaluate company performance so they can survive in business competition and design corporate strategies for the long term.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand switching. The method used in this study is the method of sampling type included in the sample random sampling by distributing questionnaires as many as 150 to consumers. This research analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis techniques, and in testing the hypothesis using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (f test). T test results showed that the community effect (X1) had a significant effect on brand switching, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) (X2) had a significant effect on brand switching. Based on the F test in this study the probability value sig 0,000 <0.05 while the coefficient of determination test of 0.818. Conclusions, community effects and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) have a significant effect on brand switching. The effect of community effects and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand switching is 81.7%. The remaining 18.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of room prices on the decision to stay at the Hotel Simpang Baru Lahat, the influence of facilities on the decision to stay at the Hotel Simpang Baru Lahat, and the influence of room prices and facilities on the decision to stay at the Hotel Simpang Baru Lahat. The results showed the price of rooms and facilities showed a calculated F value> F table (96.548> 5.59) and a significance value (0.000 <0.05). As well as the price of the room, with the value of t count> t table (10.626> 1.996). For facility variables with t count> t table (10.626> 1.996). Conclusions, room rates, the effect of facilities, and the price of rooms and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay.

Keputusan Pembelian Mie Sedap Goreng Berdasarkan Kemasan dan Iklan Media Televisi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemasan dan iklan media televisi terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Sedap Goreng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 58 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Desa Wonorejo Kecamatan Kikim Barat yang membeli Mie Sedap Goreng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung kemasan dan iklan media televisi masing-masing adalah 10,224 dan 2,247 (>ttabel = 2,004). Adapun nilai Fhitung kemasan dan iklan media televisi adalah 71,016 (>Ftabel = 2,40) dengan nilai signifikansi < taraf signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Simpulan, kemasan dan iklan media televisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Sedap Goreng. Kemudian secara simultan, kemasan dan iklan media televisi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Sedap Goreng.

Volume Penjualan Berdasarkan Kualitas Produk, Promosi dan Saluran Distribusi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan Kerupuk Beras Bik Fity Lahat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan jenis analisis data yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 30 orang pelanggan yang merupakan masyarakat umum yang pernah membeli produk Kerupuk Beras Bik Fity Lahat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial nilai kualitas produk adalah 2,586, kemudian promosi sebesar 6,517 dan saluran distribusi sebesar 12.812. Adapun secara simultan, nilai variabel-variabel tersebut adalah 346,924. Simpulan, secara parsial kualitas produk, promosi dan saluran distribusi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Kemudian secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan Kerupuk Beras Bik Fity Lahat.

Kepuasan Pelanggan Berdasarkan Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Lematang Kabupaten Lahat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan insidental sampling. Sampel yang diteliti adalah pelanggan PDAM Tirta Lematang Kabupaten Lahat yang berjumlah 95 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan dapat menerangkan 60,6% variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu masing-masing 4,890 > 2,000 dan 6,179 > 2,000. Kemudian secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (70,880 > 8,57). Simpulan, variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun secara simultan, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Loyalitas Pelanggan Berdasarkan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode desktriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang disebar secara acak kepada pelanggan Percetakan Sobat Lahat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien kualitas pelayanan adalah 0,273 dan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,612. Simpulan, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, variabel kepuasan pelanggan bersifat paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Percetakan Sobat Lahat.

Kepuasan Pelanggan Berdasarkan Fasilitas Fisik dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas fisik dan kepercayaan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Sultan Lahat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode accidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang yang merupakan pelanggan Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Sultan Lahat. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial variabel fasilitas fisik menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 5.830 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Adapun nilai thitung variabel kepercayaan pelanggan adalah sebesar 2.635 dengan signifikansi 0,010. Secara simultan, nilai Fhitung variabel fasilitas fisik dan kepercayaan pelanggan adalah sebesar 25,637. Simpulan, fasilitas fisik dan kepercayaan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan (bersama-sama), fasilitas fisik dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan.

Kinerja Guru Berdasarkan Pelatihan Kerja dan Penempatan Kerja

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Lahat baik secara simultan dan parsial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 82 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pelatihan kerja memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 4,390 dan penempatan kerja sebesar 6,286 (>2,000). Selanjutnya dalam uji pengaruh secara simultan, uji F menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan penempatan kerja memiliki Fhitung sebesar 115,255 (>5,68). Kemudian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi perubahan variabel kinerja adalah sebesar 80,9%. Simpulan, secara parsial pelatihan kerja dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Lahat. Adapun secara simultan, pelatihan kerja dan penempatan kerja secara bersama-sama juga berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Lahat.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Human Resource (HR) Competence on the Quality of Financial Reports. This study used a sample of all employees at the Police Department of Finance. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to 35 employees of the Police Department of Finance. Data were tested using classical assumption tests such as normality tests. The analysis technique used in this research is simple regression analysis, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially Human Resource (HR) Competence has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Financial Reports with a significance value of 0.000 <(α = 0.05) and the value of t count (9.148)> t table (1.692) which means Human Resource (HR) competence has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports.

This study aimed at career development and compensation for job satisfaction of employees of the Community Empowerment Agency. The research sample consisted of 45 employees of the Community Empowerment Agency. With the data collection method in the form of a census, followed by the F test and T-test. The analysis results can be interpreted that X_1 (career development) showed a coefficient value of (0.412). From the resulted of the hypothesis testing together, the career development variable and the compensation variable as a whole have a significant effect on the employee job satisfaction variable at the Lahat Village Community Empowerment Agency.

Based on the statistical test, the level of education variable had a significant effect on job promotion, and the job performance variable has a significant impact on job promotion.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation, and the influence of both on the performance of the Department of Education and Culture employees. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, and F test. The equation Y=29,821+0,064+0,180 obtained the results. The T-test results showed that the t-count of competence (Xâ‚) was 0.481 with a significant level of 0.632, and the motivational t-count value (Xâ‚‚) was 1.572 with a significant level of 0.000. F test results obtained 1.298 by taking a significant level of 0.05 than with a significant level of 0.000. The conclusions obtained are as follows, a) Competition has no significant effect on employee performance; b) Motivation shows a significant effect on employee performance; c) Simultaneously competition and motivation affect employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of guarantees and facilities on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 53 people with a sampling method that was accidental sampling. The analytical method used is a quantitative analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this research is testing the effect of the Assurance variable (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y), obtained a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. They are trying the influence of the Facility variable (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) Sig 0.017 <0.05. The conclusions obtained are as follows: a) Assurance variable (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y); b) The Facility Variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y); c) Assurance variable (X1), and Facility (X2) have a significant effect together on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Performance. The number of samples is 76 respondents. Data were obtained from questions using a questionnaire consisting of closed and open questions. Respondents' answers were then analyzed by two-stage regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22 analysis tool. Based on the analysis carried out, the regression coefficient Y = 4.741 + 0.325X1 + 0.563X2, which means if the occupational safety and health variables do not exist or equal to zero (0), then the employee's performance is 4.741. The T-test shows the significance value for the occupational health and safety variables, each of which is 0.000. The F test shows the significance value is 0.000. The conclusions obtained are as follows: a) occupational health and safety have a significant effect on employee performance; b) the occupational health and safety variables each have a significant influence on employee performance; c) the variables of occupational health and safety have a significant influence together on employee performance.

This study aimed to determine the positive and significant relationship, a) leadership to work discipline, b) supervision to work discipline; c) leadership and supervision of work discipline. Data collection method used the questionnaire. The population of all employees of PT. Satria Mayangkara Sejahtera Lahat as many as 52 people and a sample of 52 people using the census method. The results showed that partially the leadership variable (X1) 5.567>2.009 was significant 0.000 <0.05, there was a significant influence of the leadership variable on work discipline. Supervision variable (X2) 15,734> 2,009, significant 0.000 <0.05, there is a significant effect of supervision on work discipline. Simultaneously 209,708>3,19 significant 0.000<0.05. In conclusion, the leadership variable, the supervisory variable and simultaneously the leadership and supervision variables have a significant influence on the work discipline variable of PT. Satria Mayangkara Prosperous.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained were analyzed in 3 stages, a) the input stage using the IFA and EFA matrices; b) analysis phase using SWOT matrix; c) the decision stage using the QSPM matrix. The results showed that at the input stage, the IFE matrix produced 16 internal factors and 12 external factors with an IFAS score of 3.53 and EFAS 3.6. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis showed that there are eight strategic factors of internal strength, and eight strategic factors of internal weakness. The results of the analysis using the QSPM matrix, there are eleven new strategies, and identified TAS values ​​and rankings. Conclusions, a) based on the SWOT Matrix and QSPM there are 11 alternative strategies in marketing Bongkasa Pertiwi Tourism Village; b) there are 3 roles of MICE, namely MICE as facilitator, MICE as promoter, and MICE as drafter.

This study aimed to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumer buying interest at the Rabbani Bandar Agung Lahat outlet. The sampling technique used in this study is incidental sampling. Then the analysis was carried out using the T test, and the F test. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was: Y=3.879 +0.514 X_1 +0.687 X_(2 )+e. Store atmosphere variable with t count > from t table or 2,537 > 1,960, and location variable with t count > from t table or 3,497 > 1,960. The calculated F value is 126,504, so the calculated F value > F table. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between the store atmosphere variable, the location variable, and both of them together on the consumer buying interest variable.

This study aimed to determine the effect of distribution channels, promotions, and the influence of both (distribution and promotion channels) on the sales volume of Honda CB 150 R motorcycles at PT. Astra International TBK. Nature Fence Branch. The method used in sampling in this study uses Time Series data. The data analysis method used is the Data Prerequisite Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Linearity Test), Descriptive Statistics Test, Inferential Statistical Test (Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination), and Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test). The results showed that the value of t count distribution channel is smaller than t table (3,597 > 4,303). Meanwhile, promotion, and the influence of both (distribution and promotion channels) on sales volume sequentially have a value of t count > t table (4.504 > 4.303; 48.236 > 19.0). The conclusion is that the distribution channel has no effect on the increase in motorcycle sales volume. Meanwhile, promotion, and the influence of both (distribution and promotion channels) were able to increase the sales volume of Honda CB 150 R motorcycles.

This study aimed to determine the effect of product variation, product packaging, and the effect of both (product variation, and product packaging) on ​​consumer buying interest in Sosro bottled tea at Lesehan Pak Gendut. This research used an Associative Quantitative research design. The data analysis technique used is the SPSS version 23.0 application, using data testing, and statistical testing. The results showed that product variation, product packaging, and their influence (product variation, and product packaging) respectively had Mean>Std values. Dev. (41,840>4,45091; 41,380>4,96062; 41,300>4,85399). The conclusion is that product variations and product packaging indicate an influence on consumer buying interest in bottled tea sosro at Lesehan Pak Gendut simultaneously and partially.

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image on the sale of Wuling four-wheeled motorized vehicles. This research was conducted by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.3. The results showed, the value of p values ​​sequentially on the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, service quality on brand image, service quality on purchasing decisions, product quality on brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions, product quality on purchasing decisions mediated by image. Brands, Service Quality on Purchase Decisions Mediated by Brand Image are 0.311, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.133, 0.343, 0.000. In conclusion, service quality, product quality have a significant effect on brand image, and service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image. Meanwhile, brand image, product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image.

The method used is descriptive method. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation testing is done by checking the data to the same source with different techniques. The results showed that the steps used by the State Lahat City Business Development Cooperative to prevent the occurrence of non-performing financing were contained in every action starting from before the financing occurred until the financing was completed. The prevention of problem financing starts before the customer takes the financing, in which the Kota Negara Lahat Cooperative of Bina Usaha Kota Negara Lahat applies the precautionary principle in every action, especially in the distribution of financing because the risks that often occur are found in financing transactions in the Kota Negara Lahat Cooperative. the. This study aimed to determine the effect of marketing stimulus on consumer satisfaction, the effect of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty, and the effect of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty through the consumer satisfaction of Tanah Puyang Coffee Shop in Lahat City. This research method is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis. The number of samples was determined using quota sampling as many as 110 customers of the Tanah Puyang Coffee Shop as respondents, while the determination of the sample was carried out using accidental sampling. Data was collected by conducting interviews based on a prepared questionnaire. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study, the value of sig in Path Analysis, namely, a) the price variable has a sig value of 0.023 < 0.05; b) The flavor variable has a sig value of 0.386 > 0.05; c) The service quality variable has a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05; d) The promotion variable has a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05. The service quality variable, promotion variable, and consumer satisfaction variable on consumer loyalty have a sig value. respectively, namely, 0.00 < 0.05, 0.005 < 0.05, 0.028 < 0.05. In conclusion, price, service quality, and promotion have an influence on consumer satisfaction. Service quality, promotion, and consumer satisfaction affect consumer loyalty. Service quality and promotion through customer satisfaction have an influence on consumer loyalty for Kedai Tanah Puyang coffee products.

This study aims to determine the combined effect of service marketing on buying interest in the learning technology study program. The data analysis method in this study uses a quantitative investigation using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model, the sample data uses the census method. The use of samples in this study were 492 respondents. The authors of this article processed the data using AMOSE version 16.0 programming. The results showed that the combined variables of service marketing, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence had a significant effect on buying interest in the Master of Learning Technology (MTP) Program. In conclusion, if students' views about products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence are good, it will build students' decisions to continue their education in the Learning Technology Study Program, Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember and vice versa.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation, and the two factors (leadership and compensation) on the performance of non-medical employees of Dr. Hospital. Sobirin, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection methods in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the results of the T test on the leadership variable showed the tcount value was greater than ttable, namely 1.933 > 0.679 with dk = 60 (60-3) and the significant level was 0.058. The compensation variable shows the value of tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.373 > 0.679 with dk = 60 (60-3) and the significant level of sig is 0.001. The fcount value of = 9.117 is greater than the ftable value = 3.17 and the probability (sig. 0.004). In conclusion, partially leadership and compensation variables, and simultaneously leadership and compensation variables have a partial and significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees at Dr. Hospital. Sobirin, Musi Rawas Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially or simultaneously on Stock Prices in Pulp and Paper Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The research method used is descriptive verification with data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The technique used to determine the sample in this study is purposive sampling and obtained 7 companies for 3 years of research. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.553 or 55.3%. The value of Fcount > Ftable, which is Fcount of 16.572. In conclusion, partially or simultaneously EPS and NPM affect stock prices.

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of transformational leadership, nurse competence, increasing nurse motivation, and nurse performance at Dewi Sri Hospital Karawang. This research method uses descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is (path analysis), with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of the study show, there is a strong and significant influence between leadership transformation on work motivation, there is a strong and significant influence between nurse competence on work motivation, there is a strong and significant influence between work motivation and nurse performance. There is a strong and significant influence simultaneously between transformational leadership and nurse competence on nurses' work motivation. Conclusion, transformational leadership has a dominant effect on nurses' work motivation. The competence of nurses gives a significant contribution to work motivation. This means that the better the nurse's competence, the work motivation will increase. The work motivation of nurses at Dewi Sri Hospital is largely determined by these two variables.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the policies offered by Edward III, namely the communication model, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) program at BRI's Majene Branch Office. The method used is qualitative with phenomenological research type. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the implementation of government policies through the MSME program at the BRI Majene Branch Office includes, 1) the communication model in implementing government policies through the MSME program at the BRI Majene Branch, can be realized properly through effective communication between BRI officers and MSME actors according to the provisions laid down. has been mutually agreed; 2) the resource model in implementing government policies in the MSME sector can run smoothly because it is supported by professional and reliable human resources; 3) the disposition model in implementing government policies in the MSME sector, namely the character, attitude or behavior of the implementor where the main character expected is honesty. In this case, the attitude and character of the BRI Branch Majene officers in providing services are very professional and sympathetic, so that MSME actors are enthusiastic to develop their business honestly and transparently, because the key to success lies in honesty and trust, and 4) the model of the bureaucratic structure in implementing government policies. in the MSME sector, it was found that the MSME implementation mechanism at the BRI Majene Branch was made very simple and easily understood by customers, especially MSME players, where the organizational structure of the BRI Majene Branch Office was also quite adequate, namely Branch Managers, Assistant Marketing Managers, Unit Heads, and Materials. In conclusion, the implementation of government policies through the MSME program at the BRI Majene Branch Office includes, a) communication in implementing government policies through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) program at the BRI Majene Branch Office, based on the facts in the field that it has not run optimally because there are still many people who do not know about the existence of KUR credit which is relatively very helpful for additional capital with relatively very low interest rates for MSME entrepreneurs; b) resources in implementing government policies through the MSME program at BRI's Majene Branch Office, still limited resources and human resource development so that KUR credit marketing can run well so that remote areas far from BRI Kanca Majene can be served properly; c) disposition in implementing government policies through the MSME program at BRI's Majene Branch Office, which is related to the attitude of field officers who have not been optimally where there are still many complaints from customers regarding the credit process which is still considered slow by customers; d) bureaucratic structure in implementing government policies through the MSME program at BRI's Majene Branch Office, covering two things, namely the mechanism for implementing the MSME program in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and the organizational structure of BRI's Majene Branch Office. at the BRI Majene Branch, it is made very simple and easy to understand by customers, especially MSME players, but regarding the administration of local government still needs to be addressed such as processing business certificates for completeness.

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, business location, marketing location and product quality on MSME income, with loan capital as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative. This observation was carried out in the Deli Serdang sub-district and used primary data, by conducting a survey using a questionnaire. The data will be tested by, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), Absolute Difference Test, Residual Test. The results showed, a) the t value of Business Capital Count -0.066 < 1.976 with a Significant of 0.505> 0.05; b) t value Calculate Business Location 3,564 > 1,976 and sig value = 0.000 < 0.05; c) the value of t Counting Marketing Locations is 2,684 > 1,976 and the value for the significance value is 0,008 > 0,05; d) the value of t Count Product Quality is 0.870 <1.976 while the Amount is at Sig 0.3860 > 0.05; e) The results of the simultaneous test of all variables obtained a calculated F value of 7.866 > F table 2.43 and also a Sig number of 0.000 <0.05. Relefansi Sharing Economy dalam Pengembangan UMKM Pasca Covid-19

The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance of the sharing economy in the development of SMEs after COVID-19. This research method is library research. This research is studied using the concept of switching behavior approach by Boyle. The results show that, from the push aspect, the increasingly modern development of IT and the ability to reach market share are the reasons for sharing economy companies to survive and grow. From the pull aspect, the high level of profit and the lack of regulations governing the sharing economy have made many large companies invest in companies based on the sharing economy. Lastly, from the mooring aspect, the number of internet users and the instant behavior of millennials, make the sharing economy a business sector that still exists because it already has a mooring in the form of a large market share and the number is very large. The conclusion is that the sharing economy will still be relevant in developing MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Keunggulan Bersaing UMKM Berbasis Sumber Daya di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

This study aims to describe the strategic steps that can be applied by MSMEs, in order to be able to utilize their resources to achieve competitive advantage, especially in conditions of uncertainty, such as the current covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is library research. The steps for collecting information and data are carried out in stages, starting from: (i) Design, (ii) Implementation, (iii) Analysis, and (iv) Compiling and writing a review. The results show that in achieving competitive advantage there are many resource variables that influence it. The results showed that the variables of innovation ability and creativity are resources that have a dominant influence on competitive advantage. In addition, another dominant variable that also affects competitive advantage is HR, because HR holds an important key in running the MSE business, including in creating various innovations and creativity. For this reason, the strategic steps that must be taken by MSMEs are to increase innovation and creativity, if they want to survive and be able to compete in any conditions, especially in conditions of uncertainty. Like Darwin's theory of evolution: The Survival of the Fittest, SMEs must be prepared to adapt to changes in the environment that affect business.

This study aims to assess the Effect of Investment, Labor, Inflation, and Consumption on Gross Regional Domestic Income of North Sumatra for the 2017-2020 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research is 120 data on the Gross Regional Domestic Income of North Sumatra for the 2017-2020 period. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed, partially the results of the t test are as follows, a) the investment variable has a tcount value of -0.262, with a sig value of 0.794, and a -tcount > -ttable value, namely -0.262 > -1.980; b) the labor variable has a tcount value of 23.450, with a sig value of 0.000, and a tcount > ttable that is 23.450>1.980; c) the inflation variable has a tcount value of -0.092, with a sig value of 0.927, and a value of -tcount > -ttable that is -0.092>-1.980; d) the consumption variable has a tcount value of 5.122, with a sig value of 0.000, and a tcount > ttable that is 5.122>1.980. The results of the F test are the Fcount value of 230.202, with a sig value of 0.000, and Ftable (120-4-1=115) of 2.45. Partially, investment and inflation variables have no impact on GRDP in North Sumatra during the 2017-2020 period. Meanwhile, partially labor and consumption have an effect on GRDP in North Sumatra during the 2017-2020 period. Simultaneously, investment, labor, inflation, and consumption affect the GRDP in North Sumatra during the 2017-2020 period.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on work stress on employees. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population at the Class I Penitentiary Bandung is 96 employees. The method of collecting data is through the distribution of questionnaires as a research instrument. The results showed that the work environment can affect employee work stress, based on the value of R2 (R Square) in this study was 0.883 or 88.3%, meaning that the influence of the independent variable was 88.3% while 11.7% was influenced by factors -other factors. In conclusion, at the Class I Penitentiary Bandung, the work environment (X) has a significant effect on work stress (Y) partially.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Operating Profit Margin (OPM) partially or simultaneously on Stock Prices in Pulp and Paper Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The research method used is descriptive verification with data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The technique used to determine the sample in this study is purposive sampling and obtained 7 companies during 4 years of research. The results of the study show that partially GPM and OPM have an effect on stock prices. Simultaneously GPM and OPM have an effect on stock prices. In conclusion, GPM and OPM partially and simultaneously affect stock prices in manufacturing companies in the pulp and paper sub-sector.

This research aims to know the Effect Of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially or simultaneously on Price Stock ini Pulp and Paper Manufacturing Companies Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018. The technique used to determined sample is purposive sampling and obtained 7 companies for 3 years of research. The research method used is descriptive verificative with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result showed that EPS and NPM Partially had a significant effect on Stock Price. Simultaneously EPS and NPM influence Price Stock. In conclusion, Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially and simultaneously affect the share price of manufacturing companies in the pulp and paper sub-sector.

Pengaruh Usia dalam Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Keterikatan Kerja pada Perusahaan

This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership with work engagement on employees in company X at the age as a control subject. This research method is quantitative research. The research subjects were 56 people who were selected by non-probability sampling technique, saturated sampling. Work engagement and transformational leadership are measured using a work engagement scale called UWES-17 which consists of 17 items and a transformational leadership scale. Correlation test with partial correlation technique was used to analyze SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and control of work engagement according to age with a value of r = 0.407, p = 0.002 (p < 0.05). In conclusion, work engagement and transformational leadership of Company X are high. Most aspects of transformational leadership are related to this aspect of work engagement. The correlation between transformational leadership and job involvement is influenced by various factors such as age and gender.

Keterampilan Kerja dan Sikap Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work skills and work attitudes either partially or simultaneously on the work effectiveness of PT Sucofindo Lahat Lahat employees. This research method is quantitative. The sample in this study were 37 employees of PT Sucofindo Lahat. Data analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that the results of the T test analysis showed that, a) the work skills variable on work effectiveness had a significance value of 0.038, which means sig (0.038) < (0.05); b) the work attitude variable on work effectiveness has a significance value of 0.005 which means sig (0.005) < (0.05). While the results of the F test showed a significant value of 0.001, meaning Sig (0.001) < (0.05). In conclusion, the variable of work skills, work attitude has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of PT Sucofindo Lahat. Also, work skills and work attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of PT Sucofindo Lahat.

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of firm size, liability, leverage, profitability on firm value in the basic and chemical industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2020, with a population of 43 companies. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. The results showed that firm size had a positive effect on firm value, liability had a positive effect on firm value, leverage had a positive effect on firm value, and profitability had a positive effect on firm value. In conclusion, the variables of firm size, liability, leverage and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value in Basic and Chemical Industrial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020.

This study aims to prove the effect of Institutional Ownership, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Sales Growth, Leverage, Capital Intensity and Inventory Intensity on Tax Avoidance. The sample of this research is 188 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 30 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that. Institutional ownership has no effect on Tax Avoidance, the proportion of Independent Commissioners has no effect on Tax Avoidance, the Audit Committee has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Leverage has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Capital Intensity has no effect on Tax Avoidance, and Inventory Intensity has no effect on Tax Avoidance. In conclusion, the effect on Tax Avoidance is the proportion of independent commissioners and sales growth.

Kualitas Produk dan Penataan Barang terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang pada Minimarket

This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality and product arrangement on repurchase intentions at Indomaret Pagar Alam. This research method is quantitative. The sample in this study were 70 respondents who were consumers of Indomaret Pagar Alam. The sampling method used by the researcher is incidental sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis technique which was processed using SPSS V.23 application. The results showed, the results of the t test of the product quality variable with t count > from t table, namely 6.195> 0.236. In conclusion, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The arrangement of goods has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Instagram social media in building Personal Branding from Doctor Ayman Alatas. This research method is a qualitative method by analyzing @aymanlatas Instagram content. The researcher describes the personal branding process by using the personal branding concept proposed by Robert Montoya. The results showed that there were three types of content uploaded by Doctor Ayman Alatas. The content is, a) content regarding daily activities, namely in carrying out their activities as a model as well as a doctor; b) content related to education on health issues; c) entertainment content. The personal branding aspect carried out by Doctor Ayman Alatas consists of 8 aspects as follows, a) specialization; b) consistency; c) differentiation; d) leadership; e) personality; f) unity; g) constancy; h) good intentions. In conclusion, from these eight aspects, Doctor Ayman shows that he wants to be known as a young millennial doctor who is witty, close to his family, has broad abilities in the health sector and also shows his Arabic blood. This was then consistently demonstrated by Doctor Ayman Alatas in the content uploaded on Instagram.

This study aims to determine the analysis of consumer perceptions of Ayam Geprek Sambal Petir (Survey on Consumers of Chicken Geprek Sambal Petir Restaurant Prabumullih Branch). The method in this research is a quantitative research method. Quantitative methods were used to determine the level of increase in the number of visitors to the Geprek Sambal Petir Chicken in Prabumulih City. This study uses a sampling technique with the respondents are the customers of Ayam Geprek Sambal Petir. Data analysis was carried out using a Likert scale developed from a questionnaire. The results showed that the development of Chicken Geprek Sambal Petir in Prabumulih City is currently growing very rapidly. The manager of the Geprek Sambal Petir continues to maintain its trademark of being one of the favorite foods for young people. To maintain good quality, the manager continues to innovate such as maintaining price quality, taste, lifestyle, and interior design. Basically, so that customers remain loyal and the Chicken Geprek Sambal Petir remains excellent in the eyes of the people of Prabumulih City. In conclusion, good management of the Geprek Sambal Lightning Chicken will also bring goodness. In the midst of competition from culinary traders in Prabumulih City, the manager of Ayam Geprek Sambal Petir continues to innovate and continues to try to promote to the public so that they can become loyal customers.

This study aims to find out how to use social media as a means of marketing communication for Femiaura Beauty to increase brand addiction, especially in the Tangerang Serpong area. The research method used is a qualitative method with observation and interviews. The interviews conducted were validated using triangulation of data sources. Respondents in this study were owners of Femiaura Beauty, 3 employees of Femiaura Beauty, and 7 customers of Femiaura Beauty. The collected data is analyzed using The Circular Mode of Somee analysis model, including elements of share, optimize, manage, engagement. The results showed that Femiaura beauty has used social media as a means of marketing communication well. Sales generated from social media are increasing. Many customers also promote word of mouth, review on social media, and recommend to their friends. In addition, with the existence of social media, customers become easier to communicate, no need to come to the treatment center. In conclusion, social media can be used as a means of communication in increasing brand addiction.

This study aimed to discuss and further analyze the role of economy and ecology on ecotourism development in the Ciamis Regency area. This research method is descriptive. The results showed that tourism objects around the tourist sites, namely Karangkamulyan tourism, Cukang taneuh, and several tourist villages, still have diversity so that they become the main attraction for visitors who have come there. and at the same time making Ciamis Regency one of the barometers of cultural and natural tourism centers that are still maintained today in Indonesia. By utilizing the support of the village community there, the ecotourism program that has been promoted by the local government can run properly and be able to improve the welfare and livelihoods of the people of Ciamis Regency as a whole. In addition, the local government has also improved the system of promoting the tourism agenda in Ciamis Regency to be more dynamic, creative, and full of positive messages, so that the number of tourist arrivals visiting several tourist destinations has always increased quite rapidly. In conclusion, the real condition of all tourism objects in Ciamis Regency is indeed very unique for tourists, through a collaboration that has been properly structured, Ciamis Regency has fulfilled several indicators in building tourism objects that emphasize the preservation of nature and indigenous culture.

Aplikasi Metode Accelerated Failure Time (AFT): Analisis Risiko Prepayment pada Kredit Kendaraan Bermotor

This study aims to measure the probability distribution of the time of payment in advance and explain the factors that can affect the risk of credit loans using the life analysis method. This research method is descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research is motor vehicle loan financing debtors from private banks in Indonesia with an observation period between 2017-2019. The results of the study indicate that there is a 50% chance that the debtor of motorcycle and car loan financing will have an upfront payment after 21 months and 24 months from the initial loan application period. After the 44th and 68th months, the estimated probability of the debtor having a prepayment is > 99%. In conclusion, the tenor factor, credit limit, occupation, income, gender, marital status, age, and education level affect the variation in time until the payment in advance for motorcycle credit financing. Meanwhile, in addition to these factors, the additional factor of the area of ​​residence also affects the variation in the time of advance payments for car loans.

This study aims to determine the copula-based model for estimating aggregate losses in traffic accident insurance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Determination of the best model and the accuracy of the model is determined based on the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), the smallest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and the Vuong Test. The results of the study, there is a dependency relationship or correlation between the frequency of claims and the severity of claims, so that copula is used to model the frequency of claims with a poison distribution and claim severity with a gamma distribution. In conclusion, the clayton copula model is the best model for estimating aggregate losses at the insurance company PT XYZ in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and destinations on tourist satisfaction to revisit Bongan Tabanan Bali Tourism Village. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This study involved 105 respondents with various characteristics, including gender, age, occupation and income of the respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, to respondents who had visited at least two times to tourist sites. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that service quality can have a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction with a value of 0.370 on the indicator of willingness to respond to visitors with the highest value of 0.822. The destination quality variable also has a positive significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a value of 0.206, namely on social attractiveness in Bongan Tabanan Bali Tourism Village with a value of 0.868. Tourist satisfaction variable also has a significant positive effect on return visit interest with a value of 0.354 on the visit indicator in accordance with expectations. In the variable that there is a desire to visit again, there is an indicator with a value that has a positive effect, namely the value of 0.884, which is in the form of intending to travel to Bongan Tabanan Tourism Village, Bali. In conclusion, service quality affects tourist satisfaction which is also influenced by the quality of tourist destinations. The quality of service also has a strong influence on return visits from tourists.

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on car buying decisions mediated by consumer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative research with 100 respondents spread across DKI Jakarta. Data processing using SMARTPLS 3.3 data processing. The results showed that the results of the T test were, a) the price variable on consumer satisfaction had a statistical t value of 1.052 < 1.96 and p-value 0.294 > 0.05; b) product quality variable on consumer satisfaction has a statistical t value of 6.457 > 1.96 and p-value 0.000 < 0.05; c) the price variable on consumer purchasing decisions has a t-statistic value of 2.698 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.007 < 0.05; d) the product quality variable on consumer purchasing decisions has a t-statistical value of 2.796 > 1.96 and p-value 0.005 < 0.05; e) the variable of consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions has a t-statistical value of 3.471 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05; f) the price variable on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable has a statistical t value of 1.051 < 1.96 and p-value 0.294 > 0.05; g) the experiential marketing variable on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable has a statistical t-value of 2.669 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.008 < 0.05. In conclusion, there are two variables that have no significant effect, namely the price variable on consumer satisfaction and the price variable on consumer decisions mediated by consumer satisfaction. While other variables have a significant effect, namely, a) product quality on consumer satisfaction; b) prices on consumer purchasing decisions; c) product quality on consumer purchasing decisions; d) consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions; e) experiential marketing on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of PAD and Balancing Funds on the financial performance of local governments. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This research utilizes the Non-Probability Sampling method as well as the saturated sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the 2016-2020 Kediri City Government Budget Realization Report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that PAD had a positive effect on local government financial performance. Meanwhile, the Balancing Fund has no effect. However, PAD and the Balancing Fund together have a significant effect on the local government's financial performance. In conclusion, the higher the PAD, the better the local government's financial performance, and the amount of balancing funds does not affect the regional government's financial performance. However, on the other hand, PAD and the Balancing Fund together have a significant impact on the local government's financial performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand image in mediating word of mouth and product quality in the purchase decision of PT Maybank Finance's Jambi car loan service product. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted using simple random sampling method. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents who were customers of PT Maybank Finance in Jambi. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 3.0 PLS software. The results showed that word of mouth had no effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth does not affect brand image. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In conclusion, positive or negative word of mouth will not affect Maybank Finance's decision to buy an unsecured car. Brand image is unlikely to influence word of mouth on purchasing decisions. Brand image can effectively mediate product quality on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets on Stock Returns in telecommunication services sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each of the telecommunications services sub-sector companies from 2017-2021. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression using the EVIEWS 9 application. The results show, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, and Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Return. Conclusions, a) the size of the Current Ratio does not necessarily produce a high return, b) the company experiences a decrease in the value of the company if there is an increase in debt in the company; c) changes in the value of return on assets will give a negative contribution to stock returns. However, if ROA increases, the company will get a low share return contribution or vice versa, a smaller change in the value of return on assets will have an impact on higher stock returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of career motivation, length of education and education costs on the interest of accounting students to participate in the Accounting Profession Education (PPAk). This research method is a quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which the calculation process used the SPSS 25 program. The hypothesis test used was the coefficient of determination (R2 test), simultaneously (F test), and partial test (t test). The population in this study were accounting students at the 2018 Veterans National Development University in East Java, with a total of 224 students. The results showed, based on the results of the T test, namely, a) the career motivation variable on student interest had a tcount of 3.248 > from ttable of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05; b) the variable length of education on student interest has a tcount of 4.364> from a t-table of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; c) the variable cost of education on student interest has a tcount value of 0.576 < from a ttable of 1.977. In conclusion, career motivation and length of education have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students to take PPAk, while the cost of education has no significant effect on student interest in PPAk.

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, asset structure, company size and stock price on capital structure with profitability as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020 both partially and simultaneously. This research method is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study has all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period, namely 177 companies and the sample is 204 units of analysis. The results show that the research reaction is sales growth, asset structure, company size and stock prices partially and together have an influence on capital structure with profitability as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. In conclusion, the profitability variable as a moderating variable partially has a negative influence on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period.

This study aims to determine the management of village funds in Balukhering Village, Lewolema District, East Flores Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The data collected was then analyzed using a comparative descriptive method, by collecting, compiling, interpreting and analyzing Village Fund management data based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management in Balukhering Village. The results showed that there were 4 (four) indicators that were not appropriate, namely spending before the Village Budget was determined, village expenditures including binding personnel expenditures and office operations. SPP can be done before the goods or services are received and the activity implementer does not make a statement of expenditure responsibility. The overall administration implementation has been going well and is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management, but has a delay in reporting each month to the village head. The reporting and accountability stage is in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management . The conclusions, planning, administration, reporting and accountability of Balukhering village funds have been carried out according to the law, while the implementation stage has not gone well.

This study aims to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior in mediating the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are credit marketing officers, employees of Maybank Finance for the marketing department. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results showed that competence, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior each had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The influence of these three variables is 71% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined by 29%. In conclusion, organizational citizenship behavior variable has a role in mediating the influence of competence on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior variable also mediates the influence of culture on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of gender, work intrinsic value, financial rewards, and labor market considerations on student interest in a career as a Public Accountant. The research method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. The sample used in the study was 70 students. The results showed, a) Gender variable (X1) obtained a value of tcount (0.746) < ttable (1.998) with the direction of the regression coefficient and p value (0.458) > level of significance (α = 0.05); b) The intrinsic value of work variable (X2) obtains a value of tcount (2.426) > ttable (1.998) with a positive regression coefficient direction and p value (0.018) < level of significance (α = 0.05); c) The financial award variable (X3) obtained a value of tcount (2.474) > ttable (1.998) with a positive regression coefficient direction and p value (0.016) < level of significance (α = 0.05); d) The labor market consideration variable (X4) obtained a value of tcount (3.372) > ttable (1.998) with a positive regression coefficient direction and p value (0.001) < level of significance (α = 0.05). In conclusion, the intrinsic value of work, financial rewards, and labor market considerations partially have a significant effect on student interest in a career as a public accountant, while gender has no significant effect on student interest in a career as a public accountant.

CSR terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kinerja Keuangan sebagai Variabel Intervening

This research aims to examine the the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value with financial performance as an intervening variabel in food and beverage sub sector manufacturing listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The research method used PLS (Partial Least Square). The technique used to determine the sample in this research is purposive sampling and obtained 48 samples for 3 years research. The result showed, CSR and financial performance variables had an effect on firm value with p values of 0.007 < 0,05 and 0.000 < 0.05. Financial performance as a mediating variable also has an influence in mediating CSR and firm value with p values of 0.021 < 0.05. However, the result shown by p values of 0.707 > 0.05 showed that CSR has no effect on financial performance. Conslusion,

This study aims to determine the effect of investment cash flow, funding cash flow, operating cash flow, and net income on cash dividends in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population is 60 companies and by using purposive sampling technique, there are 12 companies, and the year of research observation (5) is five years and is obtained from the IDX. Data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the T test, namely, a) the investment cash flow variable to cash dividends had a t value, namely t-count < t-table, namely -2.659 <1.684 and a significant value of 0.012 <0.05; b) the variable of funding cash flows to cash dividends has a t value of t-count < t-table which is 1.459 <1.684 and a significant value of 1.154 > 0.05; c) operating cash flow variable to cash dividend has a value of t, namely t-count < t-table, namely 0.691 < 1.684 and the significant value is 0.494 > 0.05; d) the variable net income to cash dividends has a value of t, namely t-count < t-table, namely -4.250 <1.684 and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test showed that the f-count value >f-table was 7.148>2.449 and the significant value was 0.00<0.05. In conclusion, the variables of investment cash flow and net income have a partial and significant effect on cash dividends. Meanwhile, funding cash flow and operating cash flow have no partial and significant effect on cash dividends. Simultaneously, investment cash flow, funding cash flow, operating cash flow, net income have a significant effect on cash dividends.

The purpose of the study was to analyze tax knowledge, understanding of taxpayers (WP), taxpayer awareness (WP), and tax service services on taxpayer compliance (WP). This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression and classical assumptions. The results showed, the results of the T test showed, a) knowledge of taxpayers has a value of tcount = -1.410 at sig.0.162; b) understanding of taxpayers has a value of tcount = 4.869 at sig.0.000; c) awareness of WP value tcount = 3.383 at sig.0.002; d) Fiscal Service has a value of tcount = 1.611 at sig.0.111. There is a very strong correlation between the independent and dependent variables (value of R square = 0.771), and the magnitude of the percentage is 48.4% and the remaining 51.6% can be explained by other variables outside the scope of research that were not carried out. In conclusion, the partial test of the independent variables, namely tax knowledge and tax service services, has no effect on taxpayer compliance, while the variable understanding of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness has an effect on taxpayer compliance variables. Simultaneously, all independent variables, namely tax knowledge, taxpayer understanding (WP), taxpayer awareness (WP), and tax service services have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely taxpayer compliance.
