This study aims to analyze the socio-economic impacts of Kampoeng Durian Tourist Attraction on the community of Datar Lebar Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, covering economic, socio-cultural, and environmental aspects. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the village head, tourism managers, members of Datar Lebar Village community, tourism employees, vendors, and visitors. The study employed the Tourism Impact Theory proposed by Mathieson and Wall (1982) as the analytical framework. The results show that the presence of the Kampoeng Durian Tourist Attraction has generated predominantly positive impacts. From an economic perspectif, the tourist attraction has increased business opportunities, created employment opportunities, and contributed to increades community income. From a sociocultural perspective, the tourist attraction has enhanced social interaction, strengthened the spirit of mutual cooperation, and encouraged community participation in maintaining the tourism area. From an environmental perspective, the tourist attraction has increased awareness of cleanliness and environmental management, although the condition of the access road to the tourism area still requires improvement. However, several challenges remain, including the uneven distribution of economic benefits among community members and the influence of external cultures. It can be concluded that the presence of the Kampoeng Durian Tourist Attraction has had predominantly positive impacts on the lives of the Datar Lebar Village community. Nevertheless, cooperation among tourism managers, local government, and the community is needed to ensure the continued sustainable development and management of the tourist attraction.
