Analisis Semiotika Pola Komunikasi Keluarga pada Film “Noktah Merah Perkawinan”

The film 'Noktah Merah Perkawinan' tells the story of a married couple who have been married for several years and have two children. The communication patterns between the characters Gilang and Ambar depict events that reflect realities often observed in society, such as conflicts within a household. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the semiotics of family communication patterns in the film 'Noktah Merah Perkawinan.' This research employs the semiotic analysis method of Ferdinand De Saussure, which comprises two elements: signifier and signified. Additionally, the research categorizes communication patterns based on De Vito's classification, including monopolistic family communication, balanced separate communication, unbalanced separate communication, and equality communication. According to this classification, the findings reveal that in monopolistic communication patterns, one party significantly dominates based on their influence within the family. In the case of balanced separate family communication, each family member plays their respective roles. Unbalanced separate communication occurs when communication within the family involves only one individual dominating due to their perceived expertise on a particular issue. In contrast, equality communication is characterized by open communication among family members without any specific restrictions. In conclusion, the research demonstrates that family communication patterns in this film vary widely, with each family member having their distinct role. Moreover, it suggests that all conflicts depicted in the film 'Noktah Merah Perkawinan' can be resolved through effective communication without any imposed limitations, as seen in the equality communication pattern.

The Jakarta Provincial Government faces significant challenges in managing urban transportation amidst the rapid growth of the city. Traffic congestion, air pollution, and the increasing volume of vehicles pose major issues. In addressing these challenges, the Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented various strategic policies. The development of public transportation, restrictions on private vehicles, and the empowerment of buffer zones are the primary focuses. This research aims to determine the Policy Strategies of the Jakarta Provincial Government in addressing urban transportation challenges. The study employs a qualitative approach with a literature review as its data collection technique. The results indicate that the Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented a comprehensive policy strategy to tackle urban transportation challenges. This includes the development of public transportation, restrictions on private vehicles, infrastructure investment, technology utilization, and the empowerment of buffer zones. The government has also demonstrated a commitment to creating an efficient, sustainable, and responsive transportation system.

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the experiences of family members who are prevented from carrying out the Ngaben tradition of their family members in Mataram Udik Village through motifs. This research uses a type of qualitative research using the phenomenological method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of field observation, interviews with informants and documentation of research results. This research aims to find out more in-depth awareness and analyze the experience of one family member who is hampered by carrying out the Ngaben tradition of his family members. The research results showed that the Balinese ethnic experience regarding the Ngaben tradition in Mataram Udik Village resulted in positive perceptions, because informants were able to carry out mass Ngaben processions after being hampered by economic factors. Informants who were hampered from carrying out the Ngaben carried out the Mekingsan Ring Geni procession, which is a form of cremation ceremony where the spirits are entrusted temporarily to the God of Brahma or the God of Fire before undergoing the next ceremony, namely the Mass Ngaben, so that they can unite with Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa/God Almighty. In conclusion, the meaning obtained by the Balinese ethnic group is that the material body or body is nothing but a combination of 5 material elements or Panca Mahabhuta (earth, water, fire, air and ether). Fire has a special status among the Panca Mahabhuta as the purest among the pure, so Fire is used to free the mortal body back to its origin to become the Panca Mahabhuta.

This research aims to find out how much service quality is achieved in making population certificates in Mekarsari Village, Cikajang District, Garut Regency. In this research, the author uses the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) theory with 5 dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of this research show that the quality of service in making population certificates in Mekarsari Village, Cikajang District, Garut Regency, based on the tangible dimension, is in the good category, while the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are in the very good category. Overall, the results obtained from the average calculation for all SERQUAL dimensions were 3.10, which means it is in the very good category. In conclusion, all service activities in making population certificates in Mekarsari Village have been running very well and can provide quality services to the community because the service in making population certificates is quite simple, including the process, completeness and file requirements as well as the costs required. and the time required is also not long

This study explores how managing the formation of national character through pancasila learning at the College of Islamic Religion. The approach used research qualitative descriptive methods. There are 10 informants represented by faculty members of the consortium and program coordinators involved in the preparation and evaluation of curricula, lecturers who teach pancasila mathematics, selection of informants using purposive sampling techniques, data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study that management of formation of national character through learning Pancasila in Islamic Religion College in an effort to develop the national character of good students, that is, students have behaved respectfully, honest, disciplined and responsible in the campus or in the community environment this proves the absence of reports of citizens for bad behavior. The learning environment is a region with all its content that is interrelated with the learning activities have a strong influence on the application of blended learning. Prasarana and supporters at the major can support the application of blended learning.

Analisis Semiotika Makna Pesan Motivasi pada Lirik Lagu "Evaluasi" Karya Hindia

This research aims to examine the meaning of the motivational messages present in the lyrics of the song 'Evaluasi' by Hindia. A qualitative method based on Ferdinand de Saussure's concept of semiotic analysis is used, and a constructivist perspective serves as the theoretical framework. The results of the research show that the song lyrics from "Evaluasi" by Hindia and the signifier aspects found are the result of interpretation of the lyrics of the song "Evaluasi" by Hindia. The meaning of the motivational message is found in the lyrics of the song "Evaluasi" by Hindia. Stated in the problem formulation, the type of motivation is divided into two and the one used in the lyrics of the song "Evaluation" is the type of intrinsic motivation which is found throughout the song from verse 1 (one) to verse 8 (eight). The type of meaning found in the lyrics of the song "Evaluasi" is dominated by the connotative meaning found in stanza 1 (one), stanza 3 (three), stanza 4 (four), and stanza 5 (five). In conclusion, the type of meaning in the song "Evaluation" is connotative meaning. The type of message found is a persuasive message. In general, the song "Evaluasi" by Hindia has a connotative meaning, with intrinsic motivation and a persuasive message.

Program Percepatan Penurunan Stunting

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program in Tanjungsari Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency, and identify factors that could hinder the effectiveness of implementing the program. The research method used is qualitative, with data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of activities to accelerate stunting reduction in Tanjungsari Village is still not intended for young women, even though the target has been set for 495 young women, but it has not been realized, because according to the officials it is still not urgent to implement. Likewise, the program has not been implemented to target pregnant women and pregnant women with CED, who are actually a crucial group that influences the success of implementing this stunting program. This is due to the low understanding, skills and professionalism of the officers concerned, as well as the lack of access to information for program targets. In conclusion, the implementation of activities to accelerate stunting reduction in Tanjungsari Village is still not effective.

This research aims to explore the role of Instagram in Anies Baswedan's political campaign ahead of the 2024 presidential election. The research method used is content analysis, research focuses on campaign messages and public interactions on the platform. The research results reflect positive support with high levels of community interaction, strengthening Anies' positive image. The campaign strategy, such as the tagline "AMEN" and visual symbolism, such as white clothes and the one finger symbol, succeeded in creating a strong identity. This research provides insight into how Instagram plays a role in shaping public opinion towards Anies Baswedan, highlighting the essentiality of social media in contemporary Indonesian politics. In conclusion, with Instagram as a key element, this research shows how this platform is an important means of political communication and the formation of the image of potential leaders.

This research discusses the reconstruction of the curriculum at the State High School level in Bengkulu City which contains anti-corruption education which is realized in the learning of Pancasila Citizenship. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research can be seen that the implementation of curriculum reconstruction containing anti-corruption education is better than those that do not implement curriculum reconstruction containing anti-corruption education in Civics learning. The conclusion of this research is that by implementing curriculum reconstruction containing anti-corruption education, it can be used as a strategy that can foster student anti-corruption in every line of life.

This research aims to determine the relationship between sex education and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Ciseeng Village, Bogor. Qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, field observations, and document analysis, were used to gain insight into the integration of sex education in educational settings. The research results show that almost all informants emphasized the importance of these three factors in understanding the phenomenon of early marriage in the region. In order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to reduce the growth rate of early marriage, several steps can be taken in Ciseeng Village, such as socializing the importance of mature marriage. The understanding that marriage is a process that requires physical and psychological readiness and the general understanding of marriage in Ciseeng Village is better understood as a natural part of human nature. The conclusion is that education, economics and culture are the main influences on the high rate of early marriage in Ciseeng Village.

This research examines the development of Subsidized Fertilizer Public Service Innovation in Tanjungsari Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. The problems in this research are the complicated bureaucratic flow from external parties, planning that is not based on evaluation so that the same problems continue to occur, low competency of extension workers. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the process of improving innovation in Subsidized Fertilizer public services in Tanjungsari Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. The research method uses qualitative research methods by taking informants who involve actors in the policy of Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2022. The results of the research show that the process of developing subsidized fertilizer public service innovation has not been implemented optimally. Some of the obstacles found in developing subsidized fertilizer public service innovations are due to a less than optimal learning culture so that service providers are less than optimal in carrying out collaboration and developing innovations for public services. The conclusion of this research is that although the subsidized fertilizer public service has been running well, the development of subsidized fertilizer public service innovation has not been implemented optimally so there are still obstacles in its implementation.

This study highlights the negative impact of excessive and uncontrolled use of social media on the mental health of its users. It involves students from Muhammadiyah Buton University and finds that the majority of them are aware of the risks of social media addiction and its detrimental effects on mental well-being. Excessive social media use is associated with increased psychological risks such as anxiety and depression, consistent with previous research showing a correlation between social media usage intensity and symptoms of mental disorders. The compulsive usage patterns are believed to be influenced by the deliberately addictive design of social media platforms, which encourages users to engage continuously, ultimately affecting their psychological and mental conditions negatively. Therefore, preventive efforts through education on responsible and moderate social media usage are crucial, with an emphasis on enhancing digital literacy awareness from an early age. It is hoped that these measures will help minimize the negative impact of social media usage on mental health in the future.

This research aims to determine the organizational capacity of the Mekarsari Village Government in Cikajang District, Garut Regency. The research method used is qualitative. The results of this research indicate that organizational capacity has not been fulfilled. This is due to the lack of existing facilities and infrastructure so that the public services provided are still not effective and efficient, human resources still do not understand their main duties and tasks and have not been able to complete their tasks in a timely manner, lack of transparency and weak communication with citizens regarding development programs in Mekarsari Village so that there are misconceptions in the development plans carried out in the Village. The suggestion in this research is to look for other ways to increase the human resource capacity of staff, implement development programs optimally and involve community participation regarding development programs.

Program Temukan, Obati, Sayangi Balita Stunting (TOSS)

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Find, Treat, Love Stunting Toddlers (TOSS) program in Kutanagara Village. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants used was a purposive sampling technique with 9 informants. The results of the research show that the implementation of the TOSS program in Kutanagara Village is running effectively because it is in accordance with the previously determined program objectives, namely to reduce the stunting rate in Garut Regency so that it can reach 14% in 2024. In addition, the results released from the implementation of the TOSS program show positive output, where there was a reduction in the stunting rate in Kutanagara Village from 50 toddlers to 32 toddlers. However, improvements are still needed at the program socialization stage because the dissemination of information related to the program directly and indirectly is still limited and not updated. Thus, to increase the effectiveness of the TOSS program, it is recommended to carry out outreach activities related to the TOSS program more intensely and up to date.

Keberagaman Gender di Indonesia (Analisis Wacana Pemberitaan Gender pada Suku Bugis)

Indonesia has had a diverse history of homosexuality and transgenderism for a long time. This contradicts general public knowledge, which assumes that this influence originates from the Western world. This research aims to find out more about news about gender diversity in the Bugis tribe in Indonesia. News is taken from online media Kompasiana.com and Goodnewsfromindonesia. Id, and Bbc.com. These three media were chosen because they have the same reporting theme. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative study using Teun A. Van Dijk's discourse analysis. This research shows that the three news items fulfill the elements of discourse as text, except for the rhetorical elements in the Kompasiana.com and Bbc.com news. The three news stories both use inductive pattern explanations. The results of the analysis found that the context of gender diversity in the Bugis tribe includes roles, behavior, thought patterns, and emotional characteristics inherent in humans. Apart from that, the news also reminded the government to pay more attention to the traditions of the Bugis tribe because the culture of Indonesian society is decadent and must continue to be preserved.

This research aims to determine the actions and role of supervision carried out by KPI Aceh regarding drug advertisements on local television. This is related to role theory, according to Bidle and Thomas, namely the problems that occur in broadcasting. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this research found that there are four roles for KPI Aceh's supervision of television broadcasts, especially drug advertisements, namely as a detector of television broadcast content, as a selector, as an effector so that it is by P3SPS, as a communicator. KPI Aceh's supervisory role regarding drug advertisements on local television has also been carried out. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of Service Quality on community satisfaction at the Nanga Bulik Village Office, to analyze and describe the influence of Service Location on community satisfaction at the Nanga Bulik District Office, to analyze and describe the influence of Service Quality and Service Location simultaneously on Community Satisfaction Nanga Bulik Village. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature study; a sample of 80 people was taken, and the data analysis technique was brilliant PLS version 3. The results of this research show that there is an influence of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district; the meaning is Every time there is an increase of 1 () unit in Service Quality, it can be predicted that there will be an increase in public satisfaction of 0.470. There is an influence of Service Location on Community Satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district, meaning that every time there is an increase of 1 () unit in the service location, it can be predicted that there will be an increase in community satisfaction of 0.388. Service quality and service location influence community satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district. In conclusion, every time there is an increase in service quality and location, community satisfaction in Nanga Bulik Village will increase.

Penerapan Prinsip Akuntabilitas dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa

This research aims to determine the principle of accountability, management of village funds, and the influence of the principle of responsibility in managing village funds in Sipodeceng Village, Baranti District, Sidrap Regency. This research method is descriptive research with a quantitative research design. The research results show that the average percentage value of the three indicators of accountability principles is 73% in the excellent category. The average percentage value of the three village fund management indicators is 75% in the exceptional category. Factors that influence the management of village funds with an average percentage value of 72% with a good category where village apparatus competence with a value of 72.4%, organizational commitment with a value of 71.6%, village financial system with a value of 72.4%, community participation with a value of 72.4% and internal control system with a value of 72.2%. In conclusion, the principle of accountability, management of village funds, and the influence of the responsibility principle in managing village funds in Sipodeceng Village, Baranti District, and Sidrap Regency are good.

This research aims to determine the influence of ADD management and obstacles to managing village funds in Kobakma Village. The method used in this research is qualitative and designed to be descriptive. The data collection technique used by researchers in this research was through interviews and documentation notes. Data analysis techniques start with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study prove that the management of Village Funds for community empowerment in improving welfare in Kobakma Village, Kobakma District, Central Mamberamo Regency, in the empowerment program has not been optimal even though it has complied with the procedures set out in Perbu No. 5 of 2001. Meanwhile, obstacles have become distortions in the management of village funds for community empowerment in improving welfare in Kobakma Village, Kobakma District, Central Mamberamo Regency; the distance between villages is far, transportation is still on foot, the cost of building materials is high and human resources are still minimal.

This research aims to analyze the performance of the Baubau City General Election Commission (KPU) in carrying out its duties and authority by Law Number 7 of 2017 and KPU Regulation Number 9 of 2022. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, supported by Lasswell's theory and Robert K. Merton's role theory. The research results show that the Baubau KPU has exceeded the national target in holding the 2024 Simultaneous Elections with a participation rate of 80.36%. In implementing voter outreach and education, the Baubau KPU ensures that communication runs clearly and effectively. The Baubau KPU carries out its role using various socialization methods such as face-to-face meetings in 43 sub-districts in collaboration with the Ad Hoc Agency and involving multiple parties such as the Regional Government, KesbangPol, Political Party Community Groups, NGOs, and Educational Institutions. Various superior programs run by KPU Baubau include seminars, workshops, discussions, and simulations that raise exciting topics related to elections held in multiple places, including KPU Goes to School, KPU Goes to Campus, KPU Goes to Islamic Boarding School, Election Carnival, Group Forum Discussion (FGD), Making a Video of 2024 Election Jingle Creation Exercises and Screening of the Film "Kejarlah Janji." The Baubau KPU also optimizes various mass media in the form of print and electronic media (online news) such as banners, brochures, pamphlets, posters, and social media on multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites which aim to expand the dissemination of election-related information by upholding openness. And transparency of information to build public trust. In conclusion, the lack of human resources in managing social media and limitations in understanding technology and information has resulted in a need for updated information regarding elections on the YouTube platform and the Baubau KPU website.

Studi Fenomenologi Konsep Diri Sindhen dalam Pergelaran Wayang Kulit

This research aims to determine the motivation and self-concept of a Sindhen before becoming a Sindhen, as well as during and after becoming a Sindhen. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach that seeks an in-depth understanding of the meaning of events and their relationship to people in certain situations. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: Sindhen, who lives in Banyumas Regency and has worked as a Sindhen for at least ten years. This research shows that there is no unique process to become a Sindhi. A person only has to have the intention and hard work to become a Sindhi, and there are no special rituals that a Sindhi must carry out. In conclusion, to be able to sing, someone can learn autodidactically jo, in a musical group, or watch cassettes.
