This study aims to determine the factors that influence nurse compliance in the Early Warning Score (EWS) assessment at X Hospital Bandung in 2025. The research method used is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that 30 respondents (58.8%) were not compliant in conducting the EWS assessment, 26 respondents (51%) showed negative behavior, 31 respondents (60.8%) with effective time management and 29 respondents (56.9%) had high motivation to conduct the EWS assessment. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test analysis showed that the p-value between behavior and EWS assessment compliance was 0.25 (> 0.05), the p-value between time management and EWS assessment compliance was 0.042 (< 0.05) and the p-value between motivation and EWS assessment compliance was 0.001 (< 0.05). The results of the Binary Logistic Regression test indicate that the most influential variables on EWS assessment compliance are motivation with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05) and time management with a p-value of 0.05 (<0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between motivation and EWS assessment compliance, as well as between time management and EWS assessment compliance. The most influential factor on EWS assessment compliance is motivation.
