Kepuasan Pasien terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan

This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction levels in inpatient wards. The method employed was a quantitative approach with a descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional design. The results showed that the majority of respondents rated the quality of nursing care as good (72.9%) and the level of patient satisfaction as satisfied (71.8%). Pearson correlation analysis revealed a robust and statistically significant positive relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction (r = 0.876, p < 0.001). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis also showed that all dimensions of service quality significantly influenced patient satisfaction, with an R² value of 0.768, where empathy was the most dominant factor (B = 0.400). In conclusion, the quality of nursing care plays a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering a positive image of healthcare facilities.
