The research method used in this study is a causal associative method and uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by questionnaire and observation methods. Data and data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from a sample of 285 students from all students of MANU Putra, MANU Putri, and SMK PK Mekanika Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. Secondary data was obtained from the data from quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study found that the average professional competence of teachers was 32.93. The average digital literacy is 39.61. The average sports facilities (including facilities and infrastructure) was 3.19. The average learning effectiveness was 33.75. Therefore, it can be concluded that teachers' professional competence, digital literacy, and sports facilities have a positive and significant effect on the effective learning process of physical education, sports and health subjects with a total influence of 59.1% while the rest are influenced by other variables that are not studied. Of the three variables developed, Digital Literacy (X2) has the largest contribution, the next is Teacher Professional Competence (X1) and finally the Sports Facilities variable (X3). However, the increase in influence will be greater if the implementation is moderated with better management efforts. Conclusion: The Professional Competence of PJOK Teachers at MANU Putra, MANU Putri, and SMK PK Mekanika Buntet Pesantren Cirebon has a positive and significant impact on the Effective Learning Process at MANU Putra, MANU Putri, and SMK PK Mekanika Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. This means that the higher the professional competence of the teachers, the more effective the sports learning process experienced by students, and the teachers are competent to develop learning that can lead students to achieve better results.

Keywords: Digital, Effective, Professional
Awal Chaeruddin, Sulaiman Sulaiman, Fajar Awang Irawan ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JPJO/article/view/11521 Sat, 22 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Metode Latihan Sirkuit dan Drill Pass terhadap Ketepatan Passing Spin Atlet Rugby Jawa Barat https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JPJO/article/view/10917
This research aims to determine the effect of circuit pass and drill pass training methods on increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' spin passes. The method used in this research is experimental. This method was chosen because the main aim of this research is to determine the impact of a treatment. This research uses a pretest-posttest group design research design, which involves one group, and a pretest is carried out, then a treatment is given for 16 meetings, and then a posttest (final test) is carried out with a schedule of January-February 2024. This research uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 30 people. The instrument used is the rugby spin passing test. The results of the research show that the sig value (0.000) < 0.05, and it can be concluded that the pass circuit training method has an effect on increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' spin passes. Meanwhile, the drill pass training method has a value of (0.000) < 0.05, meaning it has an influence on increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' spin passes. Furthermore, the hypothesis test for the circuit pass and drill pass training methods has a value of (0.506) > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the two training methods do not have a significant difference in increasing the accuracy of rugby athletes' passing passes.

Keywords: drill pass, pass circuit, rugby, spin pass
Dini Agustiawan, Yudha Munajat Saputra, Dinar Dinangsit ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JPJO/article/view/10917 Sat, 22 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Penanaman Sikap Kemandirian dan Berfikir Kreatif pada Usia Remaja melalui Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat SMPIT Nurul Azmi https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JPJO/article/view/10460
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of practicing pencak silat training patterns on increasing the attitude or character of independence and creative thinking of teenage students in extracurricular pencak silat activities at SMPIT Nurul Azmi and how big the influence of practicing these training patterns is. The research method used is the pre- experimental with a One group pretest-posttest design. At meeting 1, namely carrying out a pretest (initial test), the results were relatively low, so the treatment was given 12 times and ended with carrying out a posttest (final test) to obtain data or results that were expected to increase in the experimental group. The results of the research show that the sig value, (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Hı is accepted and H₀ is rejected, so from this research there is an influence of pencak silat training patterns on increasing students' independent attitudes and creative thinking. After that, to find out the magnitude of the influence, the researchers used a regression test and the results obtained were that the influence of pencak silat extracurricular activities by providing this training pattern was 33.3% on the aspect of independence, and 54.3% on the aspect of creative thinking. The conclusion of this research is that extracurricular Pencak Silat can increase independence and creative thinking in adolescents.

Keywords: Creative Thinking, Extracurricular, Independence, Pencak Silat
Muhamad Abdul Rozaq Bachtiar, Tatang Muhtar, Dinar Dinangsit ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JPJO/article/view/10460 Sat, 22 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000
