Adakah Keterkaitan Phubbing, Keromantisan dan Kesejahteraan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku phubbing dalam memengaruhi keromantisan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini ada 47 responden dari Kelurahan Nikan jaya berusia antara 25 dan 60 tahun. Survei ini didistribusikan April dan Mei 2024. Survei Perilaku Phubbing dilakukan, terdiri dari lima dimensi (budaya, teknologi, sosial, komunikasi, dan psikologis). Survei ini digunakan bersamaan dengan skala GHQ-28 dan skala PRQC. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan korelasi positif antara phubbing, keromantisan dan kesejahteran psikologis. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya meningkatkan kesadaran melalui pendidikan kesehatan dan untuk mempromosikan penggunaan Internet yang sehat untuk mencegah tekanan psikologis dan rasa romantis akibat phubbing.
