This study aims to analyze the improvement of women's competence in legislative candidacy through mastery of communication skills. Furthermore, this study analyzes the behavior of female politicians related to their communication competencies and skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method used to explore the experiences and communication strategies of female legislative candidates in Electoral District (DAPIL) V Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The results show that mastery of good interpersonal and public communication skills increases campaign effectiveness, builds political image, and strengthens connections with voters and party structures. Participatory training based on debate simulations, case studies, and mentoring has been shown to increase the confidence and persuasive abilities of female legislative candidates (CALEG). It can be concluded that mastery of women's political communication skills through structured, sustainable, and responsive training to digital dynamics is an investment strategy to increase women's competitiveness and representation in the legislature. This effort not only has the potential to fulfill the quota for women's representation administratively but also encourages inclusive, visionary, and public interest-oriented leadership qualities.
