Pengaruh Employee Engagement dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Agency Business Development PT Prudential Life Assurance

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and work motivation on employee performance in the Agency Business Development Division of PT Prudential Life Assurance. The method used was quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through literature review and field studies such as interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The study respondents were all employees of the relevant divisions for the employee engagement and work motivation variables, and their direct supervisors for the performance variable. The results showed that employee engagement and work motivation were in the sufficient category, while employee performance was classified as good. The results of multiple regression tests indicated that both independent variables, both simultaneously and partially, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.925 indicates that employee engagement and work motivation contributed 92.5% to employee performance. It can be concluded that increasing employee engagement and work motivation will have a significant impact on employee performance.
