Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational climate, and internal communication on the work effectiveness of nurses at Harapan Sehat Hospital, Jatibarang. Nurses' work effectiveness is a crucial factor in improving the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction. However, various problems remain, such as low nurse responsiveness, weak organizational culture, a less than conducive organizational climate, and suboptimal internal communication. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing a Likert-scale questionnaire to the entire nurse population of 52 respondents (total sampling). Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 4, including validity, reliability, classical assumptions, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational climate, and internal communication, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant effect on nurses' work effectiveness. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.503 indicates that the three independent variables contributed 50.3% to nurses' work effectiveness, with the remainder influenced by other factors. These findings confirm that strengthening organizational culture, creating a conducive organizational climate, and effective internal communication are important factors in increasing nurses' work effectiveness in hospitals.
