Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Cyberloafing terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Operasional Samcon Purwakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and cyberloafing on the performance of operational employees of PT Samcon Purwakarta. The sampling technique used simple random sampling method. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The method in this study used quantitative methods with analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis tests, t-tests, and f-tests and processed using SPSS version 26. Respondents in this study amounted to 83 operational employees of PT Samcon Purwakarta. The results showed that the instrument was declared valid and reliable. Partial regression tests showed that the non-physical work environment had a positive effect on employee performance (t count = 3.843 > 1.664) and cyberloafing had a negative effect on employee performance (t count -1.896 > -1.664). Simultaneously, the non-physical work environment and cyberloafing had an effect on employee performance (F count = 8.399 > 3.11). The conclusion of this study is that performance can be influenced by the non-physical work environment and cyberloafing.
