Pengaruh Pembinaan Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Cleaning Service di Rumah Sakit Xyz Karawang

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation development on job satisfaction of cleaning service employees at XYZ Hospital, Karawang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 32 cleaning service employees. The results showed that discipline and work motivation development partially had a significant effect on job satisfaction, with each t-value greater than t-table and a significance value less than 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on job satisfaction, with an F-value of 14.615 ≥ 3.328 and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, and a contribution of 78.6% (R² = 0.786). The conclusion of this study is that discipline and work motivation development have a positive and significant effect on improving job satisfaction of cleaning service employees at XYZ Hospital, Karawang.
