Pengaruh Magang dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Smk Teknologi Karawang

This study aims to analyze the influence of internships and self-efficacy on the work readiness of eleventh-grade students at SMK Teknologi Karawang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive verification methods. The study sample consisted of 159 students from a population of 263 eleventh-grade students, determined using the Taro Yamane formula and proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that internships had a positive and significant effect on work readiness with a calculated t-value of 2.592 and a significance level of 0.010, while self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on work readiness with a calculated t-value of 10.146 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, internships and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on job readiness, with an F-value of 129.131 and a significance level of 0.000, and were able to explain 61.9% of the variation in job readiness based on the Adjusted R-squared value. The study concluded that the better the internship implementation and the higher the student's self-efficacy, the higher the student's job readiness, with self-efficacy having a more dominant influence than the internship.
