Eksplorasi Pemberian Makanan Bergizi pada Anak dalam Pencegahan Stunting
Abstract
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pemberian makanan bergizi terhadap pencegahan stunting pada anak di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi observasional prospektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa nutrisi yang memadai pada masa perkembangan awal sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan optimal Anak. Konsumsi makanan bergizi yang kaya akan protein, vitamin, mineral, dan zat gizi penting lainnya dapat berperan dalam mengurangi risiko stunting pada anak. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor risiko yang berkontribusi terhadap stunting, seperti ketidakseimbangan gizi dan akses terhadap makanan bergizi, kami menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian makanan bergizi secara tepat waktu dan konsisten dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memerangi stunting. Artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, lembaga kesehatan, dan masyarakat, dalam upaya mewujudkan generasi masa depan yang sehat dan produktif. Simpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pentingnya makanan bergizi dalam mencegah stunting pada anak-anak. Salah satu makanan sehat yaitu: Protein, vitamin, mineral yang penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan optimal. Factor lain yang mempengaruhi stunting seperti status sosial ekonomi dan layanan kesehatan.
