Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the mood scale on students' learning outcomes in physical education. One of the most fundamental problems in physical education is not merely how to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning to achieve educational goals but also encompasses a number of demands for change at the individual micro level in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive domains. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which employs PRISMA analysis (Item Report Selection for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis). The project search criteria are used as the basis for applying this method. Using the Dimensions, Sinta, and Google Scholar databases for review. Additionally, the researchers found several research results, including articles discussing mood scales and sports psychology. Overall, the mood scale in physical education learning at school is a tool that plays an important role in supporting the success of students' learning process. Conclusion: Mood has a very significant influence on a person.
