This study aims to test to analyze the differences in the influence of plyometric and hurdle jump training on the balance and power abilities of students at SDN 11 Buntok, to analyze the differences in the influence of high and low leg muscle endurance on the balance and power abilities of students at SDN 11 Buntok, and to analyze the interaction of training (plyometric and hurdle jump) and leg muscle endurance (high and low) on the balance and power abilities of students at SDN 11 Buntok. This research method is an experiment with a quantitative approach in the form of a 2x2 factorial design with research sample consisted of 16 students The instrument measuring the balance test is the balance test method.one leg stance testand power test using the Power Standing Board Jump tool. The results of the study were there was a significant difference between the effect of plyometric training and hurdle jump training on students' balance and power abilities, with plyometric training being better than hurdle jump training, there was a significant difference between the effect of high leg endurance and low leg endurance on students' balance and power abilities, with high leg endurance being better than low leg endurance, there was an interaction between the types of training (plyometric And hurdle jump) and leg muscle endurance (high and low) on students' balance abilities, and (4) there is no interaction between the type of exercise (plyometric And hurdle jump) and leg muscle endurance (high and low) against student power
