Evaluasi Program Pembinaan Prestasi Olahraga Sepak Bola Di Club Citra Bakti Ngada

Abstract

This evaluation study aims to determine the performance of the Citra Bakti Ngada Club's football performance development program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research location was at the Citra Bakti Ngada Club, with data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources included players, coaches, and club administrators. Data analysis techniques used were triangulation. The results showed that the context and organizational structure were functioning well. Input remained deficient due to financial issues, as the academy relied on the Yapentri Ngada Foundation and donations obtained through proposals. Process and training programs were running well with the implementation of an adapted Dutch football curriculum. Overall, the performance of the product was good, as evidenced by the documentation. The conclusion was that funding was a key factor influencing other aspects such as athlete recruitment. Therefore, the Citra Bakti Ngada Club needs to seek additional funding sources, beyond foundation donations, to ensure the sustainability and development of performance development. This study recommends seeking additional funding sources beyond foundation donations, such as partnering with local governments or companies, to ensure the sustainability and development of facilities.
