his study aimed to examine the effect of the Game-Based Learning (GBL) model on the learning outcomes of the 100-meter sprint for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Inpres Melonguane, taking into account their learning motivation. The research employed an experimental Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design with a sample of 20 students: 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. Research instruments included a 100-meter sprint performance test and a learning motivation questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA test. The results showed that the Game-Based Learning model had a significant effect on learning outcomes in the 100-meter sprint. Learning motivation also had a significant effect, and an interaction between the two variables was observed. Conclution, that the Game-Based Learning model is effective in improving learning outcomes in the 100-meter sprint, particularly for students with high learning motivation. Nevertheless, challenges were identified among students with low motivation, where the model remained effective but yielded less significant improvements.
