This study aims to analyze the organization, funding, training process, facilities, and infrastructure, and achievements of table tennis coaching through a competition system in the existence of clubs in Bandung City. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using a sample of 18 member clubs from PTMSI Bandung City. The research instrument was a sports club training and development questionnaire, adapted from Komarudin and references to competition programs in the Regional Circuit Technical Handbook. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that training and development through a competition system have a positive effect on the existence of table tennis clubs. The competition program encourages clubs to actively conduct training, practice regularly, and improve athlete readiness for regional championships. Simultaneously, the league competition system has proven effective in maintaining the continuity of training and the sustainability of table tennis clubs in Bandung City.
