Pengaruh Daya Ledakan Kaki, Fleksibilitas Pinggang, dan Koordinasi terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Lurus Atlet Silat Satria Muda Pencak Muda Indonesia

Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari berbagai komponen kondisi fisik terhadap kecepatan tendangan lurus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 atlet Pencak Silat Satria Muda Indonesia. Sampel sebanyak 32 orang diambil dari populasi tersebut dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian secara definitif menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan di semua jalur yang diuji. Kontribusi pengaruh langsung terbesar berasal dari Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai (12,96%), diikuti oleh Kelentukan (12,18%) dan Koordinasi (8,82%). Secara signifikan, Koordinasi terbukti menjadi mediator kunci, di mana pengaruh tidak langsung yang disalurkannya dari Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai (20,61%) dan Kelentukan (15,13%) terbukti sangat substansial. Pada akhirnya, kolaborasi ketiga variabel eksogen ini menghasilkan pengaruh simultan sebesar 33,96%, yang membuktikan bahwa kecepatan tendangan lurus merupakan hasil dari sebuah sistem kondisi fisik yang sinergis, bukan komponen yang berdiri sendiri.
This quantitative research utilizes the path analysis method to examine the direct and indirect effects of various physical components on the speed of a straight kick. The study's population consisted of 50 athletes from Pencak Silat Satria Muda Indonesia, from which a sample of 32 individuals was selected using a Random Sampling technique. The research results definitively showed a significant influence across all tested paths. The largest direct contribution came from Leg Explosive Power (12.96%), followed by Flexibility (12.18%) and Coordination (8.82%). Significantly, Coordination was proven to be a key mediator, channeling a substantial indirect influence from both Leg Explosive Power (20.61%) and Flexibility (15.13%). Ultimately, the collaboration of these three exogenous variables resulted in a simultaneous influence of 33.96%, proving that straight kick speed is the result of a synergistic system of physical components rather than stand-alone factors.
