Implementasi Game Silent Ball Sebagai Pembelajaran PJOK untuk Meningkatkan Fokus Belajar pada Siswa

This study aims to improve the focus and concentration of elementary school students' learning through the implementation of the Silent Ball game in Physical Education (PJOK) learning. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 20 fourth-grade students at SDN Jatisari 03. Data were obtained through observation, with indicators of focus, paying attention for a maximum of five minutes, and appropriateness in tasks. The results showed an increase in the average student concentration score from 55% in the pre-cycle to 65% in the first cycle and 79% in the second cycle. This 24% increase proves that the implementation of the Silent Ball game is effective in improving student focus and concentration. In conclusion, the application of the Silent Ball game in PJOK learning is effective in increasing students' focus and concentration in learning.
