Pengaruh Latihan Drill Shooting Target Terhadap Akurasi Tendangan Pinalti pada Pemain Usia Youth SSB Al-Furqon

This study aimed to determine the effect of target shooting training on penalty kick accuracy among youth players of SSB Al-Furqon. This research employed a quantitative method with an experimental approach; the sample consisted of 30 players aged 14 years from SSB Al-Furqon, who were divided into two groups: 15 players in the experimental group and 15 players in the control group. The experimental group received target shooting training, while the control group did not receive the treatment. The research instrument was a penalty kick accuracy test administered through a pre-test and a post-test, and data were analyzed using the homogeneity test and the independent samples t-test with SPSS version 22. The results showed that: (1) the mean score of the experimental group increased from 10.93 in the pre-test to 15.40 in the post-test, while the control group increased from 10.93 to 13.47; (2) the homogeneity test showed a significance value of 0.167 (>0.05), indicating that the data were homogeneous; (3) the independent samples t-test yielded a significance value of 0.020 (<0.05). It is concluded that target shooting training had a significant effect on improving penalty kick accuracy among youth players of SSB Al-Furqon.
