This study aimed to analyze changes in anxiety levels and aquatic activity learning outcomes among elementary school students after participating in learning using a psychomotor approach. The study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The participants were 25 first-grade students of Bandung City Elementary School, Bandung City, selected using total sampling. Data were collected through an aquatic activity anxiety questionnaire and a practical aquatic skills test, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk test, the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, and effect size. The results showed that the mean anxiety score decreased from 15.36 at pretest to 11.84 at posttest. The Wilcoxon test yielded Z = -4.312 and Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.001, with 24 students showing decreased scores and 1 student showing no change. The mean learning outcome increased from 7.08 to 12.64, with Z = -4.421 and Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.001; all 25 students showed increased scores. The effect sizes were 0.862 for anxiety and 0.884 for learning outcomes. Thus, significant changes occurred in anxiety levels and aquatic activity learning outcomes following learning with a psychomotor approach, characterized by decreased anxiety scores and increased learning outcome scores.
