Pengembangan Evaluasi Pembelajaran Ular Tangga Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Barisan dan Deret

This study aims to create a valid, practical, and efficient evaluation of snakes and ladders learning for grade X students at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this study is the development of Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research sample consisted of 32 students from grades X-C. The results of the validation study from material and media experts showed an average value of 92.8% which is classified as Very Valid. From teacher responses, an average value of 3.53 was obtained which was considered Very Practical. In addition, the effectiveness of the snakes and ladders learning evaluation product for the material of arithmetic sequences and series can be seen from student responses who got a score of 3.02 with effective criteria, while the results of the pretest test showed a percentage of completion of 84.3 which was considered effective, and the results of the posttest trial obtained a percentage of completion of 93.75 which was categorized as very effective. The conclusion is that the snakes and ladders learning media can be an efficient choice to improve student learning outcomes.
