OPTIMALISASI KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI ANALISIS DAMPAK PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI, BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN, DAN SISTEM KOMPENSASI DI DALAM INDUSTRI RANTAI PASOK PT XYZ
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana status karyawan dan masa kerja mempengaruhi hubungan antara perubahan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan sistem kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan di Industri Rantai Pasok. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara statistik dengan metode partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan sistem kompensasi secara langsung berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Status karyawan dapat memperkuat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari perubahan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi tidak memoderasi pengaruh sistem kompensasi. Masa kerja dapat memperkuat pengaruh perubahan organisasi dan mengurangi dampak negatif budaya organisasi dan sistem kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
