Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus menyoroti employe performance di PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang. Research gap dalam penelitian ini adalah dampak work engagement terhadap Employee Performance. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Transformational Leadership, work Engagement terhadap Employee Performance dimediasi Job satisfaction pada karyawan PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang, Indonesia . Makalah ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan sampel acak tidak proporsional. Sampelnya melibatkan 100 karyawan PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang, Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan SEM PLS. Hasil hipotesis yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa Temuan penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanyan hubungan Transformational leadership terhadap mployee performance. Adanya hubungan Transformational leadership terhadap Job satisfaction. Ada Hubungan Work engagement terhadap Employee performance. Adanya hubungan antara Work engagement terhadap Job satisfaction. Tidak adanya hubungan antara Job satisfaction terhadap Employee performance. Job satisfaction tidak memediasi Transformational leadership terhadap Employee performance. Tidak adanya hubungan mediasi Job satisfaction antara Work engagement terhadap  Employee performance. Implikasinya adalah Transformational leadership mempunyai peran yang melekat untuk individu seorang pegawai dan sebagai strategi untuk menekankan Work engagement dan Employee performance pada lingkup PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang, Indonesia.
