This study aimed to identify wild medicinal plant species found in Lembah Mukti Village, Dampelas District, Donggala Regency, and to develop the research findings into a learning resource in the form of a pocketbook. The study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with community members knowledgeable about medicinal plants, documentation, and a literature review. Plant identification was conducted based on morphological characteristics using the PlantNet application and various supporting references. The results revealed 21 species of wild medicinal plants utilized by the community, namely Isotoma longiflora, Phyllanthus urinaria, Euphorbia hirta, Zinnia elegans, Urena lobata, Ageratum conyzoides, Peperomia pellucida, Physalis peruviana, Andrographis paniculata, Celosia cristata, Impatiens balsamina, Hyptis brevipes, Themeda arguens, Melastoma candidum, Portulaca oleracea, Crassocephalum crepidioides, Acalypha indica, Coleus scutellarioides, Anredera cordifolia, Strobilanthes crispa, and Piper ornatum. Leaves were the most frequently utilized plant parts, while common preparation methods included boiling, pounding, soaking, and direct application. The research findings were subsequently developed into a pocketbook as a local potential-based learning resource, which was declared feasible based on expert validation and user feasibility testing. This study concludes that the pocketbook developed from the identification of wild medicinal plants is feasible for use as a local potential-based learning resource while supporting the preservation of community knowledge regarding the utilization of medicinal plants.
